Tentatively making this bus, as I don’t think there is one yet. Got the start of my BFP yesterday, and I can see the line developing today. Going to continue to test until AF is due. So far due 2nd Feb 😬 Anyone with me?

I got my BFP at 9/10dpo (Wednesday this week) according to Natural Cycles, the day before my missed period as I have a short luteal phase 💕

I did the line test first, ran out to get the digital and also did another line the next day. Will do another next week to hopefully see line progression.

Am getting some symptoms already - larger and darker nipples, sore boobs, mild cramps, feeling hotter, thirstier and peeing more and a couple of times I briefly noticed a metal/blood taste in my mouth that I have never had before! I’m 31 and this is our first baby, conceived on first cycle we properly tried.

I’ve been soo anxious the last few days, I’m 17dpo today and panicking about my tests. My tests last night look a bit darker than this morning but I drank loads of water overnight because I thought I had a uti😭 so I logically know it’s probably that and when I showed my partner the tests he thought I was insane because realistically there is hardly a difference at all but I am in fact insane 🤣

HellsBellsTrudy · 25/05/2025 10:46

I have PCOS too! And my supplements helped me get pregnant with me DD and this one after my cycles went west again after stopping breastfeeding! ❤️

Ah I'm so happy to hear from someone with PCOS who has had successful pregnancies :) I don't know anyone in my life in that situation.

Wednesdayonline · 25/05/2025 18:50

@BGxxx try and take tests the same time every day to compare, ideally every 2 days! I am the same though, I've had to tell my husband not to let me buy any more tests 😂 want to keep going to get a dye stealer but it just stresses me out 😅

BGxxx · 25/05/2025 18:58

@Wednesdayonline I do morning and evening 🤣 I’m only this anxious because I don’t want to lose my
last tube 🥲

BGxxx · 25/05/2025 20:14

I’ve tested again and they’re darker than last night so I can stop panicking 🤣

LavenderHaze04 · 25/05/2025 20:25

I've been testing twice a day too 🙈 but it's just so reassuring to see them get darker!

Yes!! It makes me feel better, and if I didn’t test I’d be on edge wanting to know what the lines were like 🤣 I really do think I might stop for a few days, I’m not sure they’ll get much darker for a while

Hey! What DPO are you x
My one step test is still light enough but boots pink die one is ok

Yours are looking so great! 😍 I'm a bit behind you at 13dpo but they are steadily getting darker. I think I'll stop later this week once mine (hopefully!) get as dark as the control line 😅

BGxxx · 25/05/2025 22:12

@Michelle292 hey! 17dpo, my one step has been the slowest to darken. I got a positive on frer, clearblue digital and easy@home on 8dpo but one step was completely blank!! I don’t think they’re that sensitive even though they claim to be

@LavenderHaze04 thank you! It’s so hard not to test🤣 I’ve got loads of tests sat there to tempt me as well

Michelle292 · 25/05/2025 22:17

@BGxxx OK good to know 😅 I'm 14dpo today iv had the positives but my one step is no where near that dark so hopefully it will soon! Nerve wrecking isn't it but I am trying to be positive 🤞🤞

This is mine from 14dpo, loads lighter so definitely don’t worry xx

I think I’m now 15 dpo…. And mine are still light-ish too. I’ve been testing one a day since I got my positive and have 13 tests left plus one digital. I got 1-2 yesterday morning on a digital and am saving another one for when I’m 5+ weeks. Going to essentially use them all and then stop. Hopefully will see a dye stealer in that time!
got an early scan on 10.06 so my tests should take me almost up to that.
DH is already panicking about how the baby will sleep. I told him today I’m not anywhere near there in my brain because I’m still worrying about lines darkening 😂

@Bas27this line looks great! Mine is ever so slightly lighter at 13dpo so seems reasonable ☺️ and I'm planning on doing exactly the same with the digital and stopping at the dye stealer 😁

Bas27 · 25/05/2025 23:20

@LavenderHaze04my thought is that we shouldn't compare each other’s tests (within reason) as they’ll all be slightly different and that way insanity lies.
Glad you’re similar though 😂
I’m just happy my lines are getting darker.

You're very right @Bas27😂 also just happy that they seem to be getting darker, I'm glad yours are too!

Morning @blooshboon they look good! How many DPO? I find blue dye tests never get super dark!

I’ve just realised I’m a fraud and my due date is the 29th January but I’m sure that will change once we get to our dating scan as my cycles aren’t regular! 🤞🤞🤞

I used a first response this morning and had a silly panic because it wasn’t as dark as I got with my DD at 15DPO which is SO SILLY! So I gave myself a talking to! Glad we’re all crazy testers though @Bas27 @LavenderHaze04 💜

I honesty wish I could say for definite.
my LMP was 25 April - 01 May.

But this month has been so hectic, I couldn’t even tell you when I was ovulating. Sorry :(

Oh my gosh don’t apologise! I’m just being nosey! A positive test is a positive test ❤️

My period app says I was ovulating between 10-16 May, so was somewhere between here and so between 11dpo&17dpo

oldmcdonald87 · 27/05/2025 08:51

@HellsBellsTrudy Hard relate! My tests this time aren’t as dark as they were with my first DC too. It’s hard to not compare and freak out!

Wednesdayonline · 27/05/2025 09:14

Is anyone else having fluctuating symptoms? Main symptom is sore boobs but I am having days where they only hurt at night, or days where they hurt sooo bad but fine the next day! I'm 5 weeks today. Getting some nausea/indigestion in waves as well, mostly when out and about but no rhyme or reason to it.

Bas27 · 27/05/2025 09:19

Welcome @blooshboonI’ve never used a blue dye before either but they look good!
@HellsBellsTrudyall mad here I think 😂

This baby will share a room with my DD(3) at least for a while. I don’t think DS (6) would cope with sharing as he becomes dysregulated easily and will need his own sensory space to help calm him down. He used to share with DD but they’ve been in their own rooms for too long to go back. Whereas DD keeps asking for a baby 😂 and wants to share her room.

Anyway,
not wanting to tell family yet, but just swapped the kids rooms around so that DD has the bigger room.

I’m sure my mum was highly suspicious when DD showed her. I could almost see the cogs working but she didn’t say anything.

I had bad HG with DS but it was horrendous with DD.
currently just feeling nauseous but bracing myself for it to start. Tried to get things int he house that I know helped me last time.

Got bad “period style” cramps most of the time but especially at night. Had this with DS so not too worried by it.

Still testing with cheapies and FMU 😂

how’s everyone feeling?
