Tentatively making this bus, as I don’t think there is one yet. Got the start of my BFP yesterday, and I can see the line developing today. Going to continue to test until AF is due. So far due 2nd Feb 😬 Anyone with me?

These are my tests so far - right to left - using Morrisons. Afraid they’re getting lighter but only time will tell.

had a chemical last month and hoping this is finally it.

@HellsBellsTrudy I’m finally 5 weeks today too! Feels like a lifetime already 🤣

I go off natural cycles date but from my period I think I’m a day or 2 more than that! I’ve been good and stopped testing, all my tests were dye stealers so I didn’t want to panic myself if they got the hook effect

ally62442 · 29/05/2025 07:41

@HellsBellsTrudy and @EmPeEfthank you this line progression is so much better than my previous chemicals. I practically didn’t get a clear positive on a cheapie just on the boots ones last time. So I’m staying positive.

I’ll also be 37 nearly 38 when baby is born so I’m in the geriatric pregnancy club too. 😂 I’ve not booked my booking in appointment yet. But I will be ringing the early pregnancy unit on Monday. I have to have an early scan when pregnant to confirm pregnancy as I’ve got a blood condition that requires me to be on blood thinning injections throughout. They normally do that at 6 weeks for me.

At the minute it’s just my mum, my partner and a friend who’s also pregnant that know. I feel like I want to keep this pregnancy to myself for as long as possible this time.

ally62442 · 29/05/2025 07:44

@blooshboonthose tests look great. I also had a chemical last month and my tests never looked as bright as this. I feel your pain I know it’s such an anxious time.

HellsBellsTrudy · 29/05/2025 08:11

My best friend if pregnant too so I’ve told her, and other than that my DH and 2 year old 😂
I wasn’t going to get an early scan but now I think I might at about 8 weeks before we properly share the news too. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops with my DD but I feel guarded this time and I don’t know why!

Isabella987 · 29/05/2025 08:18

i got my positive yesterday and today ive just found some bright red but not heavy blood in my underwear..? Does anyone know what this is?

HellsBellsTrudy · 29/05/2025 08:22

Hey @Isabella987 I had a bit of bleeding with my first at around 6 weeks I think, it was all fine in the end and can be common. If it’s heavy though I would see if you can have a chat with the EPU depending on how far along you are? Hope you’re okay! ❤️

Butterflysunshine01 · 29/05/2025 09:15

@Isabella987 hope you’re okay, get checked out if it continues or if you’re worried xx
hope everyone doing well, I woke up very very nauseous today! I never had morning sickness with DS, only feeling a bit nauseous, but it didn’t start this early! And I’m so tired ! Although he was up constantly last night and using me for comfort. I’m still breastfeeding and wonder if the milk supply is affected? He’s fully eating three solid meals a day and drinking other milk too but still feeds a lot in the night!

Michelle292 · 29/05/2025 09:34

Hi ladies hope you're all well congratulations to u all.
I am approximately 4+2 ish found out last week very early. Iv attached a picture of today's tests seem to be OK I think.. but I have very little symptoms and it's kinda freaking me out that maybe it's not progressing.

I'm driving myself crazy with anxiety and I know I shouldNt be. Today I have like a right lower side niggle. I wouldn't call it a pain as such but it's more like a stab or pinch for a second that comes and goes so that's making me extra nervous 😢I thought I should have more symptoms by now.

In Ireland our EPU won't see us till 8 weeks, I'm trying to source a 6 week one but no luck so far.

I literally am the same as you! I’m 4+1 today and got a dye stealer on the boots test yesterday and a 2-3 on digital this morning!

Michelle292 · 29/05/2025 09:56

How are your symptoms @quindogg not that we should compare but just as a mater of interest

LavenderHaze04 · 29/05/2025 14:42

Hi everyone that's just joined, and congratulations!
@Michelle292 @quindogg same boat as you both, 4+1 today and honestly very few symptoms! Only just intermittent lower back/knee pain which I've never had before. Line progression doing well I think on cheapies and got my 2-3 weeks on a digital today 😅

Michelle292 · 29/05/2025 14:53

@lavenderhaze04 yes I also have like a leg and knee ache aswell!! I had a miscarriage last October at 8 weeks so I'm absolutely terrified of something going wrong again. It's never ending isn't it, longing to be pregnant then it arrives and worried about trying to make it stick!!!!

LavenderHaze04 · 29/05/2025 14:58

@Michelle292 ahh no way!! Hopefully just another pregnancy symptom then :) so sorry to hear about your loss, it really is terrifying isn't it, but I think the best we can do is try and enjoy every moment of being pregnant and take each day as it comes (easier said than done I know haha). This is my first ever pregnancy so I'm honestly just going in blind!

So my symptoms over the last week have been incredibly sore boobs, fatigue, hunger and waking up at 3-5am and unable to get back to sleep! No nausea yet. Started at around 5.5 weeks with my son so let’s see!!

I also had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in dec so keeping everything crossed for us both <3

ally62442 · 29/05/2025 15:08

@Michelle292im also 4+2. I did a clear blue digital today aswell an I got 1-2 so id say you’ve got high levels of hcg. Your boots one is a dye stealer.

ally62442 · 29/05/2025 15:17

Just out of interest if you know what CD did everyone ovulated and then what DPO did you get your BFP?

I ovulate later in my cycle around day 18 then I got my first bfp at 9dpo.

Wednesdayonline · 29/05/2025 15:42

My only symptoms are sore boobs and a bit of nausea/indigestion on and off. 5+2!
I think I ovulated cd16 and then got a positive 11dpo. I think I would have seen a very faint line 10dpo as well though if I'd tested.
Definitely don't feel like I'm enjoying myself so far I'm just nervy waiting to see if it sticks!

Isabella987 · 29/05/2025 15:56

Hey guys help has anyone bled around their expected period after a BFP? Im really stressed out rn ive been on and off bleeding today after getting my positive yesterday can anyone describe how implantation was for them because i didn't have it with my first and the cramps are just making me suspect something is going on :(

I had implantation bleeding but it was literally the day it implanted so before a positive test, it was a very small amount of pink/brown discharge

Ovulated cd16, first positive 8dpo. This is the earliest positive I’ve had, it was 9dpo with my daughter

I had a negative test at 6am on 11dpo, and then a positive on a digital with weeks only 18 hours later at midnight on 12dpo. I for sure thought I’d get a couple of days of faint lines before a digital picked it up.

Bas27 · 29/05/2025 19:19

@Isabella987are you close to your period now?
what kind of colour is it? I’ve not had any experience with any of this. Bleeding during pregnancy can be very normal as far as I’m aware, but I’ve had three pregnancies and it isn’t a symptom I get. If it’s ongoing it might be worth getting checked out. Have you taken another test and seen if anything has changed - darker or lighter. Sorry if this isn’t very helpful. I hope you’re ok. 🖤
