ahh @Cherry1703 this is great news! you must be so relieved. Hopefully you can relax now and enjoy the next few months.

@MyGardenDaisies yay! those are great results :) and on the weight front i've been reluctant to go on the scales at all since getting the positive test in Jan...

I'm 13 weeks now and have my dating scan tomorrow.. i've tried to remain relatively calm until now, but nerves are starting to kick in. I had a good NIPT scan but that was a while back and I feel like anything could have happened in the meantime.. argh, i hate the scanxiety

Thank you ❤️
All the best for your scan tomorrow! I was very nervous before my scan too as I had very little pregnancy symptoms, I was physically shaking, however, once we seen bubba upside down and making me eat chocolate and all sorts for the measurements, all was a relief and a beautiful experience!
Keep us updated xx

Hi all I’m 11 weeks 5 days due with baby number 4. This is my 3rd pregnancy as first was twins and second was singleton. I had a reassurance scan at 7 weeks bang on and baby was doing just fine :) expected due date is September 25th. Nervous and excited but dying to know what the gender is. Does anyone else know what they’re having yet? :)

MyGardenDaisies · 12/03/2025 22:37

@Rima11111 we will find out in 2 weeks ! 🥰

MrsH26 · 13/03/2025 05:53

@Rima11111 we’ll be having a surprise, I think! I accidentally found out with my daughter and was a bit disappointed I’d found out. Although with the number of scans I need, I’d be surprised if we do manage to not find out!

sunshineandrain82 · 13/03/2025 11:25

We are booked for a private gender scan in 2 weeks. We usually don't find out. But our son is autistic. So we have a scan booked so he can see the baby (help him understand) but he also wants to know which is ok with us.

On a side note. I figured out that you can double discount with mamas and papas online. The codes work on sale. So just ordered our swing for £70 less then anywhere else.

Our son we didn't find out but when we was having heart scans at evelinas they accidentally told us

Lou98x · 13/03/2025 15:27

Just updating as had my scan this week, baby's EDD is Sept 21st (“do you remember…” 🎶) so spot on what we thought! Ultrasound was so much more relaxed than with DS1, tech was lovely and chatty and got to see baby wriggling around. Really eased some of my worries!

Feeling a bit more real now!

We're having a surprise too! My other kids have been surprises too but there is a part of me that wants to find out with this one, however hubby has said nope! I have put the scan pic up on a gender guessing thread on here and the guesses have been a girl but I guess we'll have to wait until September! Xx

MyGardenDaisies · 13/03/2025 16:58

Wow i am inpressed by how many decide to have a surprise !

I find that I need to know otherwise the naming double time consuming 😄

We don't really discuss names before hand.

Our son was named in the hospital. Our youngest went through 3 options before we settled on a actual name

OrangeRainbow · 13/03/2025 17:52

Hi all,

I'm due 14th September I had my scan on Tuesday.

I don't think there's a nub visible and they're not the best photos but does anyone have any guesses?

Oh really? I’m surprised normally sonographers are quite cautious with telling you the gender. Hopefully This one can be a surprise!

PurpleTurtleMoose · 13/03/2025 19:04

Have you guys started telling people yet? I'm due 1st September and not even told my parents 😬 After previous losses it's hard for it to feel real

Aotus · 13/03/2025 19:07

I always thought I'd wait to be surprised but when the NIPT results came this week I couldn't resist looking. We're having a girl

Everyone in our lives has known since 7 weeks.

Not doing a social media announcement so suppose just some colleagues and acquaintances don’t know yet

MrsH26 · 14/03/2025 07:26

@PurpleTurtleMoose we told close family because we were going away with them and they’d guess when I wasn’t drinking.
my husband bought me a fancy lemonade and my mum shouted across the table… no cocktail…? come on then tell us 😂
She’d already guessed weeks ago!

sunshineandrain82 · 14/03/2025 07:51

We announced recently but only because I’m starting to show.
my mum knew as she’s been watching the children while I’m at appointments as we home educate.

chicke09 · 14/03/2025 09:49

finally had my dating scan! 14 weeks this weekend. We’re also keeping the sex a surprise. Just relieved it has felt a long wait.

MyGardenDaisies · 14/03/2025 12:15

hey! 14+0 today
Absolutely fed up with this haematoma journey, after a week of nothing I’ve been bleeding brown again.. at least MAC are reassuring me and hopefully it will have shrunk at next scan, but I’ve got such a toilet anxiety now, holding my breath every time I pull my pants down ☹️

MrsH26 · 14/03/2025 19:53

@MyGardenDaisies so sorry you’re still going through this, so stressful for you. I have everything crossed that it all settles 🤞🏻

MyGardenDaisies · 15/03/2025 06:14

@MrsH26 thank you ❤️ it’s just draining!

I have had on and off bleeding from 10+5 to now 14+1. I’m hopeful that this latest one is the proper “expel” and it will have gone or shrunk by my private or 20w scan.

2 weeks till next scan feels like forever!
