Little about me I'm 34 nearly 35 DH 39 nearly 4

TTC for 3 months, My rainbow baby after a loss at 18 at 6/7 weeks

I'm from a town called Dagenham in the UK

Can chat about anything you like or if you feel you need to vent lol

@UnicornPrincessSarah much better today thanks, no more dark discharge/ spotting so I think that blip yesterday could have been old blood from implantation. Still being v cautious tho. Done another test this morning and it’s really dark!

Thats great news and wow that is super dark how many dpo are you today?

@UnicornPrincessSarah 15/16 DPO today. Do you think it’s too dark or is that not a thing haha

@UnicornPrincessSarah Still having twinges too. Had a bit of a scare last night/this morning. Found a dark patch 'down there' that dr google told me looked exactly like a melanoma. Poor DH had little sleep comforting me but he was so good at helping me feel better. Went to the doctors honestly thinking the worst but she told me that she doesn't think it looks worrying and that she thinks it's just pigmentation. Anyone else dealt with similar in previous pregnancies? This is my first so everything is so new. How are you all? :-)

@unicornprincesssarah good just booked a private 6 week viability scan. My anxiety was getting bad so DH thought it might help me feel better. Talk to my midwife today aswell and have an appointment at 7 weeks. How are you?

Has anyone else booked private scans or contacted midwives?

@emmies86 ive done my forms for the hospital but haven’t contacted GP/ midwife yet or booked private scans. I should qualify for an early scan at the EPU due to my history, so waiting to hear back on that. I’m too scared to book a private scan as last time we got so excited seeing a heartbeat and a week later I was bleeding :(

Is anyone getting lower back pain? I’m getting sporadic sharp prickly pains which gives me absolute fear.

I wouldn't know I'm afraid as this my first time testing aswell I'm scared mine to pale

I had back pain yesterday middle of back around rib area had me googling all sorts lasted half a day was so sacred, all I read is pains and cramps common this early on

Oh my that would have freaked me out to, not heard about happening either but good to know the dr said its normal and ok

Morning ladies! Took my digital this morning and the results are in! ❤️praying this one sticks now 🤞🏼

Good thank you! All going well bar the fact I feel a lot more worried about what could happen this time around. I put that down to being 4-5 years older than my first pregnancy haha so I feel like I’m less naive! I did my final pregnancy test that I own yesterday (it was a first response but not an early testing one, it was one of the ‘test from your missed period’ ones I think- this was about 15 dpo) and I’m happy with the result! Keeping everything crossed for everyone! I keep toying with the idea of a early settle your mind scan but I don’t think I can justify the money so I think I’m just going to count down until the 12 week scan :)

@UnicornPrincessSarah hey! Not to bad Thankyou, had plenty more positives, I’m also getting the niggly pains in the groin and constantly feeling nautious. Feeling bloated also, just the waiting game now xx

Anybody getting hip pains aswell, like a dull Ache? Xx

Ah yeah deff really now, stay there little bean burry in well. Im still holding out for my digital thinking next week as ill be 5 weeks then so digital should be 3 weeks plus?

I had some left-sided hip pain beginning of the week that was coming and going round the sort of hip bone area?

@UnicornPrincessSarah Yeah that’s exactly it, I should know really it being my second but you forget it all lol ah exciting, keep my updated :) my nausea is so bad, it’s all day and lightheadedness. I never had any of it with my first, maybe nausea for a day or 2 xx

Ah they are fantastic a nice collection, would you say the groin stuff is where the leg joined the privates area?

Thanks to the bloat none of my bottoms fit me so nicked hubby's joggers, need to go shopping but also don't want to buy too much to soon

@Lauren0506 I’ve had on and off lower back pain and aching hips. A few mild cramps around the uterus area too which worried me but trying not to stress. Pretty much all gone now other than the lower back twinges!

Wow that is getting nice and dark, I'm not sure if ill do a digital at weekend or next week when be 5 weeks, how many dpo are you now?

@dreammama they are worrying aren’t they! Nothing painful though, hopefully mine go soon aswell, I’m a midwife myself so I should know but it’s completely different when it’s your own body, plus it’s my second so maybe things are abit more intense all having to stretch out again. Is this your first :)? X
