Little about me I'm 34 nearly 35 DH 39 nearly 4

TTC for 3 months, My rainbow baby after a loss at 18 at 6/7 weeks

I'm from a town called Dagenham in the UK

Can chat about anything you like or if you feel you need to vent lol

Nothing is making me feel better with nausea. My indigestion is just awful. I’m going to invest in a large supply of gaviscon tomorrow. It’s like constantly having a bit of sick at the back of your throat without being sick. Anyone else needing a new bra, mine feel like torture devices. My boobs are really sensitive. I can’t wait for this part to settle down mind you it wasn’t until my third trimester last time.

Is anyone else really, really ITCHY?! My legs, back, arms, all so bloody itchy 🤯 I had to wake DP up in the middle of the night last night to scratch my back because I just couldn’t find the itch! Driving me mad!

Anyone else have a banging headache? I'm coming up to 6 weeks, the last few days my head is killing and feel like I could lie in bed all day x

Really bad this morning, I've vomited a couple of times and have managed not to for an hour now. I need to get my daughter to preschool this morning, I just need the strength to do that without being sick. I asked my partner to stay and go to work late but he had to go in as it's the end of the month and they're extremely busy.

I'm so scared that I'm going to end up in hospital like I did with my daughter ☹️

Do you think it's worth asking the doctor for another type of medication? I have HG, 6w3d

Managed to get DD in, need to go and get her midday but a least I have a little time to rest. Rang the doctors and waiting for a call back, I'm hoping they have something else I can try to stop me being sick.

I caved last night and booked a scan for this morning as my symptoms are not the same as with my DS and sometimes don't seem to be there at all. All good dating 7 +6 with a heart beat. I also have my booking appointment tomorrow.

Just thought i'd update as hopefully a little reassurance for anybody else in the same position/with a lack of or fluctuating symptoms. I really thought I was going to have HG again. Hoping I may actually start to enjoy a pregnancy for once!

@RedRobyn2021 sorry to hear you have HG. I had it with my DS - defiantly push for more medication. I found certain GP's had a better grip of what could be prescribed than others but I found the EPU most helpful. I hope you get something that works for you.

That's great news @Molly4689 . Thanks for the update. Its reassuring for me as i have very few symptoms also. That's hard going @RedRobyn2021, can you get extra help for a few weeks, it sounds like you'll need support. I had very bad nausea with first pregnancy and barely coped without a toddler to take care of

I'm really glad you're doing well @Molly4689 HG is just hell

I think my mum will help me, but she is on holiday at the moment. Last pregnancy things did get better after week 25 so hopefully it will be manageable somehow

@RedRobyn2021 aww I really hope you're ok! What medication are you currently taking? That's the exact same fear I have of having to be admitted, but don't worry - if you can get the right medication you'll hopefully not have to go to hospital. For me it was ondansetron that stopped me vomiting - I'm currently just on cyclzine and I know I'll need something more in a week or so.

It's such a horrible thing and I know anything we say won't comfort you right now - have you rang your doctor again? Hopefully they can give you something fast.

@Molly4689 aww that's amazing you got the heat the little heartbeat! I'm currently 6w 5 days and have a private scan on Thursday. Bit nervous as I've had nausea come and go and haven't been AS bad as previous pregnancies were at this stage. That means nothing though I know!

Did you have to have a transvaginal scan or normal can I ask? I'm a bit nervous as I've never had an internal one before!

@littlepanda88 I've always had internal ones before 12 weeks in my other pregnancies and the process has always been fine! I find them less jumpy than the abdominal ones and the cold gel haha. I've never found the internal scan uncomfortable but have had spotting after.

Today I had an abdominal one but they could have offered an internal scan if needed - it just costs more so she offered to try and luckily could see clearly enough. There was a big screen in front of me and I was sure I could see the heartbeat almost immediately but she said it took her a few minutes to find which I (thankfully) hadn't realized!

@RedRobyn2021 it's awful, it was nearly enough to make me stop at 1! So sorry you're experiencing it again. Take all the help you can.

I am due 19th December so currently 6+5! I am having very mild symptoms tingly nipples, clear discharge, feeling tired and increased appetite.
I am so worried as many people around me have recently had miscarriages or found out at their 12 week scan no heartbeat so I can’t help but worry and feel it’s such a lonely time prior to telling anyone so can’t ask people if things are ‘normal’ 😞
Been TTC for over a year so should be excited but can’t help but feeling anxious!
Is anyone else not really feeling pregnant in these early days?
Have an private scan next Saturday and feel the days are dragging! Xx

@RedRobyn2021 sorry to hear you’re feeling so rotten. Have you been in touch the GP again? It’s so difficult when you have other children to take care of too

I’ve had my booking appointment through - 16th May. It’s changed so much since having my other children! I was lugging my booking notes everywhere then and now it’s all online 😂

I also don’t think I’m going to book an early scan. With having OCD in the past I think it will only stop my anxiety until I then want another and then another! Plus I had a transvaginal one when I miscarried and I think it will bring it all back. Hoping I can hold off!

Can I join please? Am 38..39 in sept! Am only 5 weeks +2 … so early. Been trying for our second since about September, had a CP in January so am super paranoid but so far tests have been progressing! Hardly any symptoms - the odd twinge, struggle to remember from previous pregnancy even though only 3 years ago but I know I didn’t have any sickness symptoms with son then either so trying to stay chill! Unsure if to book a early scan or not, had one via EPU with son as I had terrible back ache around week 6/7. Good luck everyone! We didn’t really want a Xmas baby but after its taking so long this time decided we didn’t want to skip a month! Est due date per LMP is 31/12/24! Expecting it to move earlier if make it to dating scan… it moved 5 days with my son! Prob be predicted 25-12!! 😂

I spoke to the GP and got some different pills. I'm exhausted and feeling really unwell. Let my daughter start watching bluey 45 minutes ago, i need to get up and make dinner soon 😭 I hope she not too crazy when I switch it off

@MissMadam yes my bras aren’t fitting already and 4 boob isn’t a look. Not really sure what to do as I don’t want to keep buying bras, think I might try and get some of those supportive stretchy bra top type things so might last me a bit longer.

@Mamaxo I get headaches on and off, thankfully not the whole time though. They’re like pressure headaches on me but I know it’s not from dehydration as I’m drinking so much water. I’ve not really found anything that helps unfortunately 😞

@Lalaland13 welcome! My LMP date puts me at 28 Dec but on my ovulation date it’s 25 Dec 😬 probably the worst birthday to have, sorry in advance to baby. Will hopefully get better clarity at early scan in a week and a half. I keep telling myself babies rarely come on due date anyway!

I’m roughly 7 weeks today. I have just been to the toilet and when I wiped I noticed light brown discharge (with possible pink tinges) which has really freaked me out. I’ve had all the usual symptoms so far (sore breasts, nausea and fatigue) but this is the first time of any spotting. Have my early scan booked for next week but can’t help but fear the worst ☹️

Haha yeah this is true re due dates! @pinkpetunias !! Very rare to arrive on due date but ya know! My son was 9 days late but I guess only 4 v when I had calculated my due date!

oh no @Synergy94 😢 I am sure it’s fine, some bleeding is very normal but very worrying for you. Bring on your scan x

@Mamaxo Yes not sure when mine started but I'm 8 weeks 6 days now and having headaches daily that drive me crazy, apparently if you suffered from headaches before falling pregnant you could get them in pregnancy to, find them like tension-style headaches in my forehead and eyes

@Lalaland13 same here, we did not want a Christmas baby! Well I didn't, not sure DH really thoguht about it, but didn't want to waste a month and now I'll probably give birth on Christmas Day as well. I'm trying to find nice Christmas outfits for newborns now 😂. I think I'm a bit early. I seem to remember M&S doing a very nice toddler outfit last Christmas but can't find anything similar and as nice.

Sorry to hear this @Synergy94 . If there isn't heavy cramping, it could be very harmless. I'm sure you know from reading other comments that it might be nothing but I understand your anxiety.

6+4 I've been sick 4 times already this morning, I'm so scared I won't be able to stop, I can't keep any medicine down atm
