Baby due Nov 2024

Hi all,

I've just found out I'm pregnant and due Nov. I've found Mumsnet so helpful during conception so wanted to start a thread on pregnancy if anyone wanted to join. I'm feeling VERY tired, I've had cold feet (literally) and jelly legs today. I had very heavy implantation bleeding last time (which ended in loss about 4 weeks later) and none of that so far so hoping that's a positive sign. Have the strangest feeling already that it's a boy. How's everyone else doing? Xxx

@Westy22 that's great to be having another scan so soon to keep an eye on things. I'm not sure if we'll book an early scan. Our intention was to just wait for dating scan but I don't know if I'll be able to resist the temptation to see baby's heartbeat and know that everything is going well. So probably we will!

I got 2-3 on CB digital today. I know they’re not supposed to be particularly reliable but it did give me some reassurance. Apart from achey boobs and tiredness, I’ve not got any symptoms yet. Still getting occasional cramps and stitch like feeling low down on one side. I think I’m about 5+1 now but it’s hard to know as my cycles are so unpredictable.
How is everyone today?

I’m 4w5 today and my boobs are incredibly sore, tried to go for a spin class and it was just so painful (I’m naturally DD already) not sure if I can continue with exercises with this pain. Hope it gets better. I also feel tired and want to nap during the day.

I had a dream last night that 4 other women in my team all announced they are pregnant and due in November 🙃 think that's my first official weird pregnancy dream!

Morning everyone! I'm 6+2 today and still don't really have any symptoms. 4 days until our scan at the fertility clinic and I'm just counting down the days. So nervous that something will be wrong...

morning! sometimes we get no symptoms or just a few symptoms and some people get everything under the sun, I had nothing with my last 2.. and with all 4 of my children ive never once experienced sickness (but this time I already feel way different) I had them all in my early 20s

I’m 5 weeks today! Feeling ok still, wake up feeling a bit ‘off’ like a weird taste and just generally not that enthused about eating. I think my due date is 14 Nov 🥰

I’m 5 weeks tomorrow and not many symptoms so far - mild period type cramps and a metallic taste in my mouth

keep wondering about having an early scan, never had one with my other 2 DCs so it’s just curiosity really! Keep thinking it’s money I don’t need to spend 🫣

@Loz365 I feel exactly the same.. currently 6weeks6days and I honestly have no symptoms! Some would definitely consider us lucky but can’t help but think it would be nice to have just something for a little reassurance… hopefully you get out at ease on Monday!

I'm 6+5 and feel rubbish. Just low level constant tiredness and nausea plus indigestion when I lie down. I made Bolognese for dinner last night and it tasted so good. I think I'll just have to have that every day for the next few weeks lol.

Feel like we are twinning! I’ve had those two symptoms and we are a day apart ☺️

I have no symptoms, my constant cramping has stopped I am craving eggs though. Scrambled eggs
Making myself egg fried rice in the evenings and eating it with balsamic glaze vinegar on top😂🤣🤣🥴

hiya, when they said frequent urination 😳 i’ve never known anything like it im only 4+3 but i cant go half an hour without peeing if i try and hold i cant! anyone else? oh and at times ive felt like crying because i cant sit down or cant lie down or relax because im tired all i need to is pee constantly 😂 lovely hormones x

@omghavingababy Aww yay! I wonder if they will actually both arrive on the 14th 🥰 happy 5 weeks! Haven’t had any cravings yet. This is my first pregnancy so no idea what to expect at any stage 😅

Im feeling a bit blue this morning. I had some recurrent MC bloods done privately in Feb which take 3-4 weeks to come back and just had an email from the team to say the Dr wants to talk to me about the results :(

I'm 4+3 too! Due date 18th November ☺️ haven't had many symptoms yet but I do feel like I'm peeing more although it's hard to tell as I drink so much anyway 😅

@hicketypickety please do not immediately think the worse, is this bloods for the molar? I assume you got cleared were you under Charing Cross? Always here if you wanted to talk. When can the doctor see you for this "chat"? Sending positive vibes xxx

@omghavingababy no I got signed off by Charing Cross for the molar in December. I had some private bloods done to test for recurrent Mc risk (they took so many vials of blood I wasn't sure if I was going to have any left 🤣) they cover things like coagulation and a bunch of other stuff that I can't remember off the top of my head... so I'm worried there's something there to find and it's all gone wrong and the progesterone I'm taking is just masking it. Dr will call me on Monday so I just need to try and get through the weekend... must try and stay positive!!

I’ve had an emotional couple of days as I wasn’t getting strong enough results.

I think during this first initial stage before 12 weeks everyone's too anxious and worried of what might be to come before we get talking properly to nitty gritty of pregnancy and parenting but I'm excited of what the group might become ☺️

I was part of a fb group when my youngest was born 5 years ago - still friends with a lot of the ladies I met on there. It can be a lovely community 🥰
