Hi all,

I've just found out I'm pregnant and due Nov. I've found Mumsnet so helpful during conception so wanted to start a thread on pregnancy if anyone wanted to join. I'm feeling VERY tired, I've had cold feet (literally) and jelly legs today. I had very heavy implantation bleeding last time (which ended in loss about 4 weeks later) and none of that so far so hoping that's a positive sign. Have the strangest feeling already that it's a boy. How's everyone else doing? Xxx

@Jellybelly888 I feel like mine is so inconsistent! Most days I'm nodding off on the sofa by 7.30 and in bed by 8.30 but today I was up early and needed a lie down at 11.30am (didn't nap- just rested) and now I have loads of energy!

Peaplant20 · 09/03/2024 20:40

Hope everyone having a good weekend :)

Got my booking in appointment today for when I will be 10 weeks on the dot. Is that ok because I thought it had to be before 10 weeks because of the blood tests they do? The midwife initially went to book it for the week before but she is on annual leave then!

Loz365 · 09/03/2024 20:49

@Peaplant20 I'll be 10+6 at my booking appointment, didn't even think to question it...
Should I query it with them?

Peaplant20 · 09/03/2024 21:19

@Loz365 it must be fine as otherwise they wouldn’t be able to book for then I guess! I read another thread and lots and lots of people had theirs after 10 weeks. Sorry I didn’t mean to worry you!

Loz365 · 09/03/2024 21:22

@Peaplant20 ah okay! Yea I'm sure it'll be fine, no need to apologise! 😊

hicketypickety · 09/03/2024 21:37

@omghavingababy it's so uncommon isn't it! This site has been a huge help to me the whole way through though which is great. I was lucky to not need any chemo or further treatment Smile they have said I will definitely need an early scan to check it's not molar again but I haven't rang and registered for it yet (when I did in January I started to MC the next day so I'm kind of putting it off...) I won't be six weeks until next Sunday though so I've got time!

Butterfly134 · 09/03/2024 21:51

@omghavingababy congratulations on your BFP. Yes, I had awful an awful time with HG with my last pregnancy which actually resulted in many health complications after birth. I am currently 6 weeks pg and dreading this week as it was around the same time my HG started in my last pregnancy. How are you feeling?

RoseannesMamma · 09/03/2024 22:22

Hi @omghavingababy
I am already taking Xonvea, I started it at 3 and a half weeks. Initially it was supposed to be a preemptive measure but by the time I’d been prescribed it and waited for the pharmacy to order it I really needed it. I’ve had to increase the dose already. However so far I’m doing ok. Last time I started actually vomiting at around 6 weeks. I’m 6 weeks on Monday. I’m terrified of being as bad as I was last time as I was in and out of A&E but my GPs have been brilliant so far and I’m a lot more informed! Fingers crossed you don’t get it this time round!

Starrysky812 · 10/03/2024 06:51

Hi everyone, can I join? I've just had BFP this morning and would be due around 21st November according the NHS due date calculator online. Still can't believe it! This will be our second - DD is 15 months so it will be a lovely age gap. Congratulations to all! ❤️

piechipsgravy · 10/03/2024 07:33

Happy Mother's Day to all of you lovely mums/mums to be!

I did my final CB digital today and a cheapy test and got my gift of a 3+ and a dye stealer 🥰

Starrysky812 · 10/03/2024 07:47

@piechipsgravy amazing! Congratulations 🥳

piechipsgravy · 10/03/2024 07:53

@strawberrycake12 I'm 5 + 2 today. I first tested positive at 3 + 5 based on LMP and did a daily cheapie test for the first 6 days and a CB digital at 4 + 3 where I got 2-3 weeks so just wanted to check that it had moved on- the dye stealer was a nice bonus as didn't have one with any previous tests.

MariaKauai · 10/03/2024 07:57

Hi girls !!! Got my positive test 2 days ago, hopefully everything is gonna be good and we are gonna have our baby in November! Definitely need this forum not to feel
alone! So far I’ve been experiencing little crumbs, hunger and sleepiness. Can’t wait to see what’s next haha )

I'm 12dpo today. I found out at 9dpo with a faint HCG stick and i got these two thismorning. I'm wondering if I'm quite dark for how early I am or is it just normal? It's my first baby 🥹☺️

piechipsgravy · 10/03/2024 08:04

@strawberrycake12 congrats! That looks like a great line 🥰

Loz365 · 10/03/2024 08:52

@piechipsgravy yay! So glad you got the 3+, I'm holding on to my last CB digital to test tomorrow and hoping I get the same!

@strawberrycake12 that's a great line, congrats! I think everyone's lines progress differently but that looks good for 12dpo!

CadoAvo · 10/03/2024 09:07

Happy Mother's Day all...what an exciting (yet nerve wracking) time for us all.

@Starrysky812 hello friend 👋🏼 glad you're joining us

@strawberrycake12 that is a really good line. I'm 11/12 DPO today and my line this morning is a bit lighter than yours!

For me the cramping is quite noticeable, it's intermittent but when it appears (which is quite regular) I can't ignore it. Makes me want to cradle my belly already 😅

Also woke up with really sensitive nipples this morning so that's fun. I've never really had noticeable PMS symptoms so I'm finding it oddly reassuring 🤣

1yearplan · 10/03/2024 11:26

Morning ladies - happy Mother's Day to you!
Welcome to the newest ladies. Here's to a happy healthy pregnancy for all of us!
Does anyone know if there's a Mumsnet facebook page or WhatsApp group for November due dates yet? I had one with my last pregnancy and it was a great help.

shohopeful · 10/03/2024 11:27

@1yearplan I'd love to join one/start one too!

Mine is identical to yours, also 12dpo and found out at 8dpo. I was worried it was faint too! Seeing yours has helped me. Ours must both be normal xx

Baby due Nov 2024

Congratulations @Sparksi !! Do you know your rough due date yet? I typed mine into the NHS calculator and it says 18th November ☺️
