Tentatively seeing if anyone else is due then yet?

I got a positive digital this morning and based on Ovulation I'd be due 30th April and 2nd May based on LMP, but until the dating scan that could easily change a week either way based on previous babies!

TRIGGER WARNING BLEEDING:

Oh ladies, things are not going well here. I had a lovely afternoon at my sisters with DD and her cousins, then felt a warm gush as we were about to leave and saw blood running down my leg 😖😖😖.

Ive had a really heavy bright red bleed and some cramping as well. Technically with the amount of progesterone I’m on I shouldn’t be bleeding at all. I did have bleeds around this time with DD but not as heavy I don’t think.

DH is away with work and not back until late tonight. I’ve got to get DD bathed and in bed and sort the house as we have a school home visit tomorrow. I’ve been googling 6 week miscarriages and what to expect, but I just want to go to bed.

Would appreciate a handhold 🤦‍♀️. Can’t call my DH as there’s nothing he’ll be able to do and he has a long drive home.

So sorry to hear that, are you able to contact your IVF clinic or EPU tomorrow? Get an early night and try not to google … says me sat here googling every symptom!

@JR94 thank you - I will call my gp and try to get referred to Epu tomorrow. I’d rather not call the clinic as they’ll want me to come up to London for a scan (we already have one booked with them for Friday) - if it is a miscarriage I’d rather get it confirmed down here - for free - than pay £200 for the privilege 🙁.

I did have 3 bleeds in my 1st tri with DD and had several emergency scans but this feels different. Concentrating on putting DD to bed is helping.

@MindatWork one if my friends got pregnant after IVF a couple of years ago and experienced heavy bleeding for several weeks - turned out to be a subchorionic hematoma. Fingers crossed for you and we are here to handhold.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts - sadly it’s not been a good ending for me, pretty sure I’ve just miscarried and going to check out if this thread now as dont want to cause anyone any distress. Wishing you all the best with your babies ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Does anyone have any tips for easing nausea please? Not had any sickness yet (🤞🏻) but today was the longest the nausea has stuck around!

@HopeAndChocolate do you take vitamin B6? I've found this time I'm not as bad although still have it, and I take Vit B6. Also I find lemon things help, lemon fanta, lemon sherbets etc x

I know vitamin b6 are in the pregnacare vitamins I take if that counts @Kellyaust? Will give the lemon bits a go though, thank you! x

@HopeAndChocolate alsoi just felt a wave coming so ate a banana, it's helped actually... Maybe because they contain Vit B6?

@HopeAndChocolate same boat as you - I’m 7+3, lots of nausea and gagging but no vomiting yet. Trouble is that most of the stuff that helps temporarily is sugary, so trying to find something a bit healthier to take the edge off. I might try the extra b6 vitamin as I don’t think the multivitamins have enough in to help with sickness

@HopeAndChocolate I've been finding carbs can help at least temporarily. Nice big plate of pasta takes the edge off Grin

@lenalove 2nd for the carbs. Actually starting to worry I’ll be the size of a house soon as I’m starving every 2/3 hours and carbs are the only thing holding off the nausea/grogginess

Ive got nausea feelings when I don’t eat and then I’m experiencing stomach cramps after eating! Roll on getting through the next few weeks when things settle for a little 🤞🏻 xx

Nausea hit me Friday. No let up at all. Day and night since then. Last night at 5am I woke to be sick. Can’t even keep water down now. My 2 year old had a 24hr bug on Saturday so I think I have caught that. I am now on anti nausea medication and if I get sick again tonight I have to go to my local hospital.

Hi all, new here! I'm 7 weeks with my first and have had horrendous nausea (without sickness) for the past week. It's not shifting even with the famous ginger biscuits ... I'm also feeling hungry even straight after I've ate, anyone else?
