Just got my bfp yesterday and EDD is early April 2024. Anyone else similar and feel like keeping each other company?

Has anyone else had a bit of spotting? I’m trying to keep calm but it is niggling away at me!

Spotting can be normal in early pregnancy but It is really scary seeing it. Have you got any cramps or anything? How far along are you?xx

@Floralsandsmiles I'd call you dr and check tomorrow, think that's prob best! With the midwife last time I rang the dr and they gave me the contaxy details of my midwife and I did an online booking form- did my form today, here you get seen around week 8/9

@Iqz the headaches are brutal! Jr was my only symptom with my daughter and they were so intense!! Hope they settle down for you!

@Butterfliesandroses really sorry to hear about your miscarriages, I have no advice sorry maybe just ask what you've asked here? Hope it goes well xx

I'm constantly checking the tissue as well. Feel like I'll be doing it till the baby's here!xx

Hi all, tentatively joining after getting a BFP yesterday at 10dpo. It's been over a year trying for our second and I had to nearly remortgage the house to get one of the super early digital tests to believe it! EDD 20th April.

@Floralsandsmiles If the pack says not to take in pregnancy I'd go with that advice but try to contact your doctor to clarify, I'd hate for you to get the wrong advice by anyone unqualified. My GP website has all the details for how to book in so check yours or give them a call.

@Butterfliesandroses, @Greenvelvetdress and @Gr1ff, so sorry you've experienced losses and I really really hope this time things stick for you.

@becburg I'm also suffering from insomnia, hence posting at this time! It was my first very early symptom with my DD and went on for weeks so solidarity but no tips I'm afraid!

9pm last night and then slept too 4:30 where I was then wide awake feeling really warm with a stuffy nose. I’m also having insane dreams 😳

This is me too! Literally can't keep my eyes open by 7:30/8 & having wildddd dreams. Peeing ALL the time, constantly ravenous, tender boobs, period-like cramps, stuffy nose & sore throat 🫣 lush! Sooo bloated as well. Did another CB yesterday which said 2-3w & strong lines on the cheapies now. At least it's going in the right direction!

Oh my goodness, I was so bloated last night that I looked 5 months pregnant.

Someone ate curry in the office yesterday which triggered the nausea, I nursed a lemon and ginger tea for quite a long time 🤣

I've had some spotting too. Mine's an IVF baby and my clinic advised doing beta hcg blood tests today and Friday to make sure everything's okay, but say it's probably fine. Don't know whether your GP or midwife would offer this at all if it's a natural pregnancy. Loads of people are saying it's quite normal and not to worry too much so hopefully it'll all work out okay for both of us 🤞

I'm exactly 6 weeks today. Got my second scan tomorrow so feeling a bit nervous about that and trying not to overthink it. Started to feel very sick in the afternoons and just exhausted as well. Xx

Aww nice! My DD seems to fluctuate depending on site. Lol last af was 13th July and I'm about a 29 day cycle.. ish. Sometimes abit longer.. xxx
