Finally managed to speak with my doctor regarding nausea, he's prescribed me promethazine teoclate. Has anyone taken this for sickness/nausea?

Glad you’re okay, ugh yes know exactly what you mean. Good for you for going to hr, hopefully they’ll be all over it as it opens them up to a legal minefield if that behaviour continues!!

I’m 11 weeks tomorrow, last 2 weeks nausea hasn’t been as bad. I thought I’d sussed that as long as I didn’t let myself get too hungry I was okay. Today it’s back with a vengeance.

@xTinkerbell I hope you feel better soon! Mine eased off but has been kicking my butt the last few days too!
How can something so small cause you to feel so crap 😫

Does anyone else feel like they look really pregnant already? I'm 8w4d and i honestly feel I look about 6 months pregnant! It's my second but surely a bump doesn't come this early and it must all be bloat somehow even though it feels hard 🤔

@Silverpixieflorence does yours come and go or is it permanent? I bloat but it comes and goes. In the evening I can look six months pregnant but by the morning it's flat stomach again

@SmartiesParty it's permanent! Unless I'm just bloated all day every day I think it might be here to stay 😅

@Mummapenguin20 yes exactly the same as me! I went into the office yesterday (normally work from home) and I swear people were looking at my stomach 🤦🏼‍♀️

I definitely feel like I have a small bump too, I’ve lost weight according to my first midwife appointment due to all the sickness so I’m baffled, wonder if it’s bloating but it’s there from the moment I wake up and is hard!!

My tummy is huge come the evening. It grows each time I eat a meal.

Had a scan @ 10+3 the other day and all was well. Slowly crawling towards 12 weeks.

Had my first midwife apt yst and apparently with my history I’ll be at the hospital almost weekly. If it meant a healthy baby I’d go daily if I had to!

I’m with you here also, from 24 weeks I’m there one week consaltant the next scan. If it means getting this sticky bean here safe x

Good morning all, some lovely news for me today. Went for a reassurance scan as it's been 2 weeks since I last had an internal scan. Was expecting to be 10+4 based on the dates they gave last time (I've got no LMP date as I didn't have a period between miscarrying and getting pregnant again) and they dated me at 11 weeks. Saw a little baby bouncing around in there and all looking good!

I was filled with dread on the way to the scan praying the baby would still be there and now I feel overcome with joy for the first time.

I had my booking appointment yesterday and will be the same as you @Mummapenguin20 and @Nemo145 im high risk, consultant led but also under fetal medicine consultant too. I cried with relief yesterday as I just can’t bare to go through what happened last time so late in the pregnancy.

@MrsC2711 i like the idea that they are keeping a very close eye ❤️

I phone up my maternity hospital to as when mu 12wk scan is (I've been getting so antsy waiting for my letter) and its on Aug 3rd when I'll be 12+6

Seems so long away but super excited now I have a date❤️
