Hello 😁

Is there a thread for babies due February 2024 yet? I've just got my positive, although super early so not getting too excited.

Due 1 Feb / 31 Jan. I had irregular periods so hard to pinpoint exactly.

Hope to have others join me soon :) x

Hello,
@mashm24 Can I join please? I tested positive yesterday after TTC #1 for over 1.5 years. My due date should be 28/01, but I’ve heard first babies tend to be overcooked.
No symptoms of pregnancy so far which is pretty scary. I literally don’t know what to expect.

mashm24 · 24/05/2023 13:57

Ahhh that's absolutely amazing @WafflesNCream - you must be over the moon!! Huge congratulations to you! 🥰 🎉 you hopefully are one of the lucky ones who don't experience bad symptoms! Xx

Hope everybody has had a good day. I’m still symptom free except for tiredness, so trying to track line progression to reassure me. My mum gets back from holiday on Saturday and I know I won’t be able to keep it from her. The thought of telling somebody is scary 😬 when are you all thinking of sharing your news?

WafflesNCream · 25/05/2023 05:55

I’m sooo tired, not sure if it’s the pregnancy or the lack of coffee haha
@KittyKat1989 I’m planning to wait till I’m past the first trimester before we tell our families, but it’s a rather ambitious plan.

mashm24 · 25/05/2023 08:54

We tried to keep it to 12 weeks but I couldn't keep it from my Mum in the end, so we've told our parents! Everyone else we will wait til 12 weeks.

I managed to fly to Italy yesterday with a 1 year old and first trimester nausea. 😅

Hi
Can I join?
Just tested 2-3 weeks today with my 1st BFP, due date is 31st Jan so almost feb 🥰
I have a lot of cramps and back ache but I've read that's okay as long as no bleeding 🤞🏼
Congratulations to everyone on their recent BFP's

Hazelnuttella · 25/05/2023 09:00

Good morning everyone 😊

Goof effort @mashm24! hope you have a lovely time in Italy. I haven’t braved a flight with my 2yo yet, he’s not the most easy going character!

Still no symptoms or anything exciting here. Really don’t feel pregnant at all. 5 weeks today.

Going to hold off telling family until after 12 weeks. My SIL had an early miscarriage recently so I’m mindful of that. Will probably tell my mum and dad earlier, maybe 8/9 weeks but they will keep it to themselves.

Hazelnuttella · 25/05/2023 09:01

*Good effort that was meant to say @mashm24 😅

KittyKat1989 · 25/05/2023 10:48

@mashm24 where in Italy are you? Have a fab time!

@Harriet669 congratulations! I saw your post earlier on the TWW thread. What lovely news 🥰

WafflesNCream · 25/05/2023 13:06

@mashm24 well done, have the best time in Italy!
@Harriet669 welcome to the club ☺️

Harriet669 · 25/05/2023 14:57

@KittyKat1989 @WafflesNCream thanks ladies!
Feeling very crampy today, is this normal 😂

mashm24 · 25/05/2023 18:46

Thanks ladies!

@Harriet669 I've been cramping today too and panicking. Google says it's pretty normo though so hopefully our bodies just adjusting 🥰

I think cramping is good because it shows there’s something happening. As long as it isn’t painful, I wouldn’t worry. I know it’s hard though.

Hazelnuttella · 25/05/2023 19:47

I remember having a lot of cramping, pulling, stretching pains when I was pregnant with my DS, so hopefully it’s a good sign for you both!

Harriet669 · 25/05/2023 22:04

Aww thank you for the reassurance 🥰 I like the idea that the cramps mean somethings happening too!

WafflesNCream · 26/05/2023 02:30

It’s so difficult not to worry. I’ve been feeling pretty crampy today like AF was about to come. Glad to hear it’s normal.

Harriet669 · 26/05/2023 08:42

@WafflesNCream so comforting knowing a lot of us are having similar experiences 🥰 mine are not as bad after waking up today

Harriet669 · 26/05/2023 08:43

Is anyone else finding it hard to concentrate at work 😂😂

@drjodiyogi congratulations! I’m also in a similar FB and WhatsApp group for my daughter which is fab. I think once we start to get a few more positives here then we could set one up as we’re still only just into February due dates I think?

I text my midwife earlier to schedule my booking in appointment. She must have thought “really, already?!” 🙈

Rachae · 26/05/2023 20:25

Hey ladies! I'm tentatively joining with a bit of a rollercoaster so far ...

I've got a 10 month old and so will be very much in the 2 under 2 camp. Also had 5 MCs in the past before my son.

Got a squinter this Tuesday on a cheapy wandfo test and negative afternoon FRER. Assumed I was out until today when my period is a few days late. Don't know when I ovulated but actually didn't think I did as tested up until CD16 and no smiley!

Got this line this afternoon on a FRER. Not sure what to think ... I'm guessing 15/16DPO if I ovulated late. With my son, the line was blazing at this point... But I haven't used first morning urine.

We'll see what tomorrow brings! Great to meet you all xxx

Due February 2024!
mashm24 · 26/05/2023 21:18

Welcome to the newbies and congratulations!

@Rachae ahh wow. Yes you must have ovulated late. Congrats! Sorry to hear about your previous losses.

Yes I'd be up for a Facebook group :-) I joined one in my last pregnancy and it was lovely to have all the support.

@Harriet669 hahaha I was like this with my first pregnancy. Trying to keep busy this time but I'm not thinking of anything else either.

Hope everyone is feeling good?
