@Landsmen yes that's what I'm talking about. I'm waiting for my first scan appointment to come through still

Had my scan at EPU - all looking good and saw the little heartbeat 💓 Couldn't believe it! Measuring a few days early at 6+3 but she wasn't worried at all. Feel a lot of relief but would love to be a bit further on!
I might book a private scan in a few weeks to see how things are moving along!

@Charlielechat I had similar measured 6 weeks at epu which was a bit behind what I was expecting, then went to a private scan 9 days later and they measured me at 8 weeks!
It was worth it for reassurance and peace of mind so I would recommend doing so. Maybe wait until 9 so you'll have less long to wait until 12 scan and should have a little bit more to see

@SMG1992 that's really reassuring! She did say they're harder to measure when they're so small. So hopefully the little bean will catch up!

I’ve just received my booking and scan appointment for the 1st June at exactly 12 weeks (by my measurements) so taking this as a good omen 🌟

@Charlielechat i measured slightly behind at my first private so hoping if all is well little one has caught up a bit x

I also haven't had any private/early scans @Landsmen.

I have my booking in appointment next week will be 7+6 from lmp and was told they will book 12 week scan after this appointment.

Dipped my urine at work at ++ of ketones which isn't good, luckily did it before gp called and he offered to admit me for fluids for it. I declined though and he's prescribed me some anti nausea meds and I said I'd see how they go over the next few days but they're out of stock at the pharmacy! Gonna dip my urine over the next couple of days and see what's happening which the ketones. I think on Friday and EPU for my scan I'll get them to dip it and they're still present I'll get them to admit me. No wonder I feel so rubbish!

@Charlielechat glad your scan went well, dates will probably change because the measurements are so little so don't dwell on it 😊

I've heard nothing about scan or booking in app I imagine it will come through the post in the next week or so 🤞🏼 it came through much quicker in previous pregnancies so they must be extra busy I think.

@DaisyMay25 what do the ketones mean?

It's what happens to people when they cut carbs out really, but not good when pregnant!

Typical the epu just called and offered me a scan for tomorrow morning, but going to keep tonight’s private one now x

Had my booking in appointment today all was good bloods fine and urine etc going to be a consultant led pregnancy due to my age but that means I get 2 extra scans so glad I'm going to be looked after. Now the long wait for scan!

Everything is fine, measuring 7+4 x
