I defo think we’re spoilt with access to so much information nowadays, and the easy access of private scans etc!

Ah fab news @LeeanneD11 hopefully you can relax a little now. Did they mention your cyst? Mine wasn’t mentioned as anything to worry about in my 12 week scan x

Yeah my cyst is going down in size which is good , now measuring 6cm xx

Has anyone else been told they have an anterior placenta? If so when did you start feeling movements xx

@LeeanneD11 mine is anterior- 16 weeks today & no movements. Not expecting anything for a good few weeks yet! X

Hopefully not to long then , I had one in my previous pregnancy lol but this was 5 yews ago 😂😂 so can't remember what I did with her my daughter . It's horrible waiting for the first kicks or movements with these kind of placentas xx

amazing! How's pregnancy treating you? is it going slow or fast for you? it's both for me lol can't believe I'm 16 weeks but feel like there's SO long left x

@BabyBabyBaby123 slow for me haha I think that's because I'm in 1st trimester lol 😂 hopefully 2nd trimester goes quicker lol 😂 xxx

@LeeanneD11 it was 22 weeks for me with my first when I had an anterior placenta. Already felt movement since15 weeks with this one so assuming my placenta is not anterior but they didn't mention it on my 12 week scan!

Oh really he told me at my scan today and I'm over 12 weeks unless it's wrong? Xx

@LeeanneD11 I've heard other people say they were told at their 12 week too but mine didn't mention it and it's not in my notes! Annoyed I didn't think to ask until after! I'll have to ask at my 20 week, only 4 weeks tomorrow for me, feels like an age but I know it'll go fast!

I'm just getting more and more nervous for tomorrow. I know baby was ok at 7+2 and 10 weeks so rational part of my brain is trying to convince the crazy part it will all be ok. Going to be a long wait, my scan isn't until late afternoon.

I was the same as you anxious waiting around I kept myself busy till the time and it flew by so quickly . I last had a scan 3 weeks ago too so I know the feeling I'm wishing good luck for tomorrow xxx

I asked at my 12 week scan and she said they don't look at it until the 20 week scan properly but said it looks like it's at the top - my private gender scan revealed mine is anterior so I'm in 2 minds now on what to believe!

I'd imagine it's pretty accurate if they had a look for you and did tell you though 😊 xx

@firstbabyboy23 oh how strange I'll defo find out at my next scan , if I don't feel any movements past 15 weeks then I know haha 😂. But there was nothing on my notes to say it was anterior so not sure haha 😂 xx

Inbetween pregnancy insomnia and tension headaches i feel fine lol

@LeeanneD11 it all went really well thank you! Great news about your scan and cyst going down in size too. My due date was brought forward a few days so is now 19th Nov 🤗 Baby was very cooperative and it was so special to see it. I think I got glimpses of a girly nub, but will have to wait and see!

I'm going to be under both consultant and midwife care, have an appointment next Thursday for quad test, I'll be 15w+3, I got a letter in post today for a consultants appointment for end of August, all going well I will be nearly 29 weeks, no appointment for 20 weeks scan though, is this normal ?
