Anyone else 5 to 6 weeks pregnant?

Hi everyone. I am currently 5.6 weeks pregnant and I would be curious to know what your symptoms are (were) during the same period. So far I've had a metallic taste in my mouth since 12dpo which is now very much fading away and breast soreness that fluctuates so much within the course of the day driving me insane. I am also a little tired but nothing excessive. I would welcome more symptoms as it would feel a bit more reassuring. What is (was) your experience?
I have an early scan in exactly a week and the wait has been excruciating 😆

I’m going for a scan tomorrow as had this weird pain in my side (reckon it’s going to be wind related but it’s bugging me so best to check!)

Not had sex since finding out as still scares me 😂

I’m getting a bit more nauseous now than last week and my word, last two days I have been shattered!

im 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant according to my last period. Just found out today so still really shocked and terrified but saw your thread come up. I’ve had no symptoms whatsoever, no boob sensitivity, no nausea, nothing.

I feel more just periody with these weird cramps and a usual period smell that I get every month (hope you know what I’m talking about!!).

bit concerned but also know it can be normal.

Congratulations 🥰 wouldn't worry about the lack of symptoms. You are still very early. I don't have too many and im 7 weeks. Everyone is different. Best thing to do is not Google too much as it can drive you mad!

@smldnlove When I got my bfp, the only symptom I had was a metallic taste in my mouth which I still get on and off now. Even now at 7 weeks, not much else apart from sore boobs (but again on and off). The cramping stopped about a week ago for me and now I get the odd short pains and twinges. Good luck with the pregnancy! Will you have an early scan?

@Firsttimebfp1 about a week ago, I was in agony with pain in my abdomen and more intense on the right for hours. I was a bit worried but it turned out to be trapped wind and constipation as felt much better after going to the loo 😆

I’ve been a bit worried today as when I woke up my boobs seem to have gone down a lot and no where near as tender as they have been. Hoping I’m just thinking too much into it.

Kind of wishing I’d booked my scan for earlier.

Also when did everyone have their booking appointment? I got my letter through yesterday and I’ll be nearly 11 weeks by time I go. Is this normal?

Honestly mine have been the same not as tender but still tender if that makes sense it's all apparently normal so try not to worry.
Can you not bring your scan forward?
I'm not sure what area you are in but I'm down south and there is quite a big company that seems to have last mins appointments, have a look online if you can book one earlier.
Also I got a midwife letter for my appointment 5th May so I'll be 9 weeks then a 12 week one for end of May x

I know I’m being silly I just can’t help it haha.
I might have a look at brining it forward but it was a combination of not wanting to be too early, partner working away and the days that the clinic offer that made me book for 5th may. X

@TTCbaby2023 It seems strange to me not to have anything. I have a few slight twinges but boobs are the same, no cravings or tiredness. I feel more energetic! I’m thinking now maybe I should be worried…

I did 2 more tests today and both strong lines - it’s my 1st so unsure what to be liking out for. Wondering whether to do an early scan at 6 weeks, and before my hen do next week. Do you plan to have one? xx

@Purpleflowers21 my breast soreness has been all over the place at the moment. Almost gone yesterday and back to painful today.
I'vd got my booking appt at week 12 let alone the scan and I find it very late so will call to try and have that earlier.

Don't read too much into your symptoms as at the beginning I felt nothing apart from the metallic taste and even now I don't feel much different apart from on and off breast soreness. For peace of mind I would book an early scan but probably no earlier than 7 weeks of you want to be sure to havd sth conclusive.

Just back from my scan at the hospital. Had to have an internal scan but it came back and showed a little beating dot and in the right place! So relieved, I’ve been stressing so badly today!

Measured about 5+5 which is a week off from what my app thought but is what my gut said it would be!

Apparently I might have some slight bleeding as they could see a bruise from implantation, which is meant to be normal?! I always thought that was much earlier!

Just wish I could have a glass of wine to relax now 😂

@Firsttimebfp1 I had a 10 week scan and they could see a pocket of blood from implantation, I never bled and it went away by 15 weeks! I think it’s really normal xx

I didn't sleep very well last night and this morning my morning sickness has eased 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Lillybobs86 Yesterday and today I've felt very bloated and uncomfortable. Breast soreness is somewhat milder today. My nausea has been very very mild in my case and not every day so I haven't really taken it into account. Don't freak out though, it's most probably normal. I agree with you however, the next scan can't come quickly enough!!!

I've not felt the best today, lethargic, sicky, headache and not sure what I want to eat. I'm also having the craziest most vivid dreams every night! Anyone else?

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow but still haven't heard from a hospital or GP - is this normal? I did an online form about a week ago to tell them I'm pregnant but am getting worried that I haven't had a single response.

I’m fine today, hardly any symptoms apart from bloating and slightly tender breasts.

I’ve had crazy dreams last few days and my DH says I’m like a radiator!
