Anyone else 5 to 6 weeks pregnant?

Hi everyone. I am currently 5.6 weeks pregnant and I would be curious to know what your symptoms are (were) during the same period. So far I've had a metallic taste in my mouth since 12dpo which is now very much fading away and breast soreness that fluctuates so much within the course of the day driving me insane. I am also a little tired but nothing excessive. I would welcome more symptoms as it would feel a bit more reassuring. What is (was) your experience?
I have an early scan in exactly a week and the wait has been excruciating 😆

Yea really been milder last few days.
Your like me I'm booking them 2-3 weeks now I had so many scan I am getting used to it need it for reassurance!!
My scan was rescheduled for tomorrow morning now so not much longer to wait phew x

Hi Ladies! I’m 7 weeks today, and it’s very reassuring to hear the symptoms fluctuate so much. I’m googling a lot, and there’s a lot of conflicting information out there. I’m hoping to get a scan in the next week or so, but not sure when. Still can’t quite believe I’m pregnant. And can’t understand how something as small as a blueberry can have this huge effect on my body and brain already.

Glad everyone’s scans have gone well! Do you feel a bit more reassured now?

@Lillybobs86 let us know how the scan goes tomorrow 😊 Symptoms are still mild with bouts of quite painful breasts.

@GlitterDragon tell me about the conflicting info online! I've learnt more through forum than actual website!
Yes it's tiny and yet changing our lives already! Do you know, I felt reassured yesterday and worried again today as I did the scan quite early (6+6w) and because I keep reading that miscarriage is so likely after 40.. the second scan can't come quickly enough when I will be 8+6w!

I'm 37 in 2 months and the things I read online are so scary apparently after 35 😩🤦🏽‍♀️
Don't worry though as we have come so far already risks go down each day our little blueberries are all going to be super healthy and fine 🍀❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽

@Lillybobs86 I know I was so nervous before mine too but I'm sure it'll all be fine! We can support each other between "geriatric" mothers 😄

My daughters a lot older.

@Lillybobs86 this is my first and a bit of a miracle at that as I was told it would be very unlikely we would manage to conceive naturally. Good luck!!! 🤞🍀

This is my second and I was going to just wait until my 12 week scan but now I’m considering an early private one!

With my first I had strong cramping so I had a scan at the EPU at 6 weeks and saw the heartbeat. I’m now 7 weeks and another 5 weeks just for confirmation that everything is ok feels crazy.

Just got home phew that was amazing saw little heart beat flickering away I was in tears so happy and relieved ❤️❤️
Everything all normal and developing like it should 🙏🏽

No mine was with the EPU as they wanted to see me again as I had an Ectopic last year :(
I also had tiny bit of spotting as well a few weeks ago so they booked for this week.
I did have a private scan booked for next week but I will probably move it to the week after.
Yes!!!!! I think I'll be spending a lot of money on scans 🙈 I just need the reassurance x

@Lillybobs86 so glad it went well! We all seem to be 7 weeks! I'm 7+1 today. How are your symptoms at the moment? Mine are annoyingly mild today and of course it's worrying me...

My nausea comes and goes I feel a bit sickly here and there I can't cook as make me feel sick but not been sick or been that bad.
My boobs are same as last week mild - but still tender.

I have to ask .. Has anyone had sex yet? 🙈🙈🤦🏽‍♀️😂
I had to ask as Im super scared !!
And not sure if we can not do anything next 30 something weeks lol I'm just worried x

Oh I see...I'm so sorry to hear about your ectopic. Your anxiety must be double what I'm going through. But you've had some really great reassuring news today and atleast you know little one is in the right place 🥰 will let you know how I get on xx

Oh in response to the sex question! I felt soooo weirded out about it and couldn't fully relax. After we did it the first time we found out we were pregnant I had a bit of pink discharge the next day which freaked me out. But read up it was normal. Had a little break but back to it, but no way as frequent. Purely becuase I'm so tired come bed time and my partner bless him, is being very sensitive to how I feel about it so not putting it on me as much 😂

@TTCbaby2023 mine symptoms aren't that crazy either. But I really don't think it is anything to worry about. Everyone really is very different. I do have to have something small to eat first thing now. I never had breakfast before but I feel quite sicky without it x

@Lillybobs86 I can't help you regarding having sex as to be honest we haven't done it since. I am too scared it might do something bad 😂

Im 6 + 3 and we’ve had sex a few times since finding out, I was a bit nervous at first but it’s been fine. Since we found out my partner has been after it more than ever 😂

@ChaE05 Yes symptoms fluctuate and the intensity isn't necessarily a sign of anything but I can't help freaking out every time my breast isn't sore anymore (as this is really my main symptom) and today has been the worst, meaning I don't feel anything. You read so many horror stories online and I tend to focus on those rather the ones ending with a happy end. Sunday 30th can't come quickly enough.. if that scan is good then I will feel a lot better..

@TTCbaby2023 your just like me I'm looking at 2 weeks from now! I might have to start going to a different place though after that they might just think I'm mad!
I guess it's normal for us to be worried x
