Hi all another new thread as the last one filled up fast again.
8wks3 here according to early scan. This may change at the 12 weeks scan xx

Ugh. I woke up about an hour ago and can’t get back to sleep 🙄

@Saturnsmoon I basically did what you did. Poured a massive one, snook into the loo. Kept the ice pored the drink and put water in the glass. Although I struggle drinking tap water cos I can taste the chemicals but I just don't want the booze.
MIL said about us being together 4 years and she said about time we had a grandchild (she was pissed) so I told her to go and give her frigid son a talk about the birds and the bees because we never do what lovers do.
Threw her right off the scent 😂😂😂😂

@Smiffette how did they check about whether you needed the cervical stitch or not?

I’ve had two LLETZ procedures in the past and at the second one the doctor said if I had further pregnancies I’d probably need a stitch. Just been looking into it and scared the bejesus out of myself 😳

@overgrowngrass I mentioned it at my booking appointment so they refer you to a consultant, he looked at my notes and said I should have a scan, internal, to measure it. It was only just on the ok margin so I'm worried this time it may have changed!

I can't remember at what point they would have put the stitch in but I do remember them saying it would be taken out at 37 weeks

I’m 11+6 today and thought my nausea was gone. Still had other symptoms but no nausea - until just now in ASDA 🤢 I felt like I could smell everything and I was sweating, we got picked for a QA on the scan and go whilst I stood there green 😂 had to run out in the end as wasn’t risking being sick in ASDA 😐

Has anyone else’s nausea got worse after 10 weeks? I thought it was supposed to get easier. I’ve started vomiting the last 3 days 😭 headaches and so weak from the vomiting.

@iloveeggs not 10 weeks yet but I feel like cracking the champagne open as I had my first puke 😂😂😂

I’m having a panic again today I’m 9 weeks 6 days and I don’t feel pregnant. I actually woke up and didn’t feel like I would vom or have been hit by a bus. I know symptoms come and go but honestly I’m worried. 😔

My sickness seems to come at night and
literally sick every night it’s soul destroying…
oh and I can’t stop eating / sleeping 😵‍💫

anyone else eating themselves out of house and home ?

@NSx yeah I just devoured a pitta from nandos, with two sides, and 5 wings

Went to co op and bought a bag of 4 cookies and ate two

I now want a bath because my legs wreck and are really restless, the only thing that sorts my restless legs out is bath salts

I'm looking at the third cookie now like 😍🤰 ha!

Apart from night sickness are you ok

@VictoriaBlossom I started vomiting bang on 10 weeks 😭

@NSx From about 8-10 weeks I was absolutely ravenous, could not stop eating and it made my nausea go away. Then on Friday just completely changes, woke up not hungry at all, just felt sick. And everything I eat is making me feel sick 😓

I'd rather just be ravenous now.

Today I’ve had a chicken tikka and cheese panini and lentil soup with tomato crisps. And I’m still hungry 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 HELP I’m going to turn into shamu 🐳… im not really feeling sweet things as much as I want bread 😵‍💫 and savoury lol!

@iloveeggs I am around 9+5 and honestly I’m starving then I eat and I’m fine: then come the evening I feel sick as a dog and throw up 😞😞😞😞 the nausea truly sucks I hope you’re ok x

I am in the bath with some salts and olbas oil bath soak. It's super relaxing.

Cramps were literally like period cramps on Friday, and I'd wiped last Friday to find a teenie bit of blood, and then this Friday to find a full wipe of blood I just felt sad and thought it was the end of the line. You can't stop these things happening can you.
But I literally saw my baby move on Saturday so now, I have chilled the fuck out.

I'm 10+6 and a little bump (not even that little) seems to have sprung out of nowhere the last couple of days, more than just bloating, so much so that a few people noticed it. I'm quite slim but wasn't expecting to show this soon!

I really like it though, it's making it feel more real

oh that bath sounds delightful, I’m not huge on baths but I like them once in a while.
oh God I bet that was scary I’m sorry you went through that but I do know bleeding can be absolutely normal in pregnancy for some ladies so I’m so glad you got a scan and got to see your little bean 💓💓 when’s your next scan? 12 w scan?
my 8 week scan they said I’m ahead of what I thought but I think it will level out, at the minute DD is 24/10 but I think it’s more than likely going to be 27/18 October …

My favourite time of year is Halloween, and I've always said I wanted a Halloween baby so we can have Halloween birthday parties- so I am getting my wish, even if it was an accident.

I keep thinking that I'll maybe stop eating in the second trimester? And maybe it's better to eat while I can because then I won't lose weight when im sick..... I've just not been sick til last night.

Yes scan is 12w so that's 17/4 and it's just really exciting. 9am so bright and breezy.
The blood was worrying but at the same time I'm very much documenting it on here for other girls, I guess we are at the back of the October party so girls might experience it before me. But I'd rather say on here, A. Because I can just get my worry off my chest and B. Whatever happens there are others who can see too.

Looking forward to snuggling up in an oodie, with the dog and bf for a Luther marathon this evening. Ready for another week of carnage in work.

I have definitely put weight on, the thing is I tried to eat some homemade soup and honestly I couldn’t face it without feeling sick, so I’m at the point now where I just eat what I want, chances are I’ll throw up 😂 especially it seems to be in the evening so I’m over it all now 🥹 … you are so lucky with no sickness upto now, it’s vile.
my scan is 19/04 at 11am, yours always seem to be better timed than mine 🥹 atleast it’s not 3pm like the last one!

we went in to fetal health yesterday as boyfriends gotta be tested for thalassemia and sickle cell. They rang me three times to chase to see when he was going in. But he works on call so never is able to commit to times.
Tomorrow is D day and they'll be ringing me to tell me if our blood matches or not 😭. The only way I could really explain it was what happened with Ashley Cain. He got quite emotional. Was so sad to see!

Is anyone else going through dodgy blood conditions/rare blood types?

Girls, we had our early scan last week (9 weeks) and we’re not near over the shock… we’re having TRIPLETS!!!
I mean I don’t know how what or where this will happen, head in overdrive since found out, it’s just surreal. On the one hand I’m like wow a ready made family in one go and how cute they will be and on the other hand I’m like HOOOW will we do this.

@VictoriaBlossom I know a bit about both those traits as I work in a GP surgery so we have patients who have both of these, I know it’s particularly worse if both parents are carriers?

I hope your bfs bloods come back clear so you don’t have to worry.
I have my NIPT bloods on Tuesday so I’ll have a dreaded weeks wait after this too 😅

I don’t know if you know but I watched a programme on Disney + called this is us, they had triplets 😍🥰 it’s not real life but they were so cute ! Congrats again x

@NSx Okay other than the sickness. Going to have to tell work tomorrow, only started a new job and in training so worried about that. Had to log off at lunchtime on Friday and don't know how I'll cope next week 😫P.s the hotdog looked yum!!
