I got 0 last time until 37 weeks and woke up with a fair few! 😂 and I creamed/oiled every single day that pregnancy!

This time I haven't piled or creamed once and haven't got any additional from last time so I guess it is genetics!!

I've seen glow baby app recommended by quite a lot of people. Sure that was more for tracking too

Is anyones babies not engaged yet? I thought as FTM you engage a few weeks before labour, 37 weeks tomorrow and baby still not engaged at all

I’ve never had a clue if my babies are engaged or not if I’m honest! Midwives never tell me, I forget to ask and I don’t feel anything that makes me think ENGAGED.

@Rainbowbaby23 I'm full term today and not engaged either, I'm sure I've seen that it could be the same right up to the end though, babies known to move down weeks before birth or same day they arrive

I don't think anything is going to be progressing for me anytime soon and my sister said she thinks the baby's in there with hands and feet either side like a naughty cat that won't go in it's carrier (my cat..)

DS didn't engage 🤣 he was a free floater right up to the day I was induced (39+1) which probably contributed to how long my induction took

It'll say in your notes if you have paper ones (no idea about the app) it'll be under palp

Feeling very crampy in the front of my tummy this morning. Had a clear out last night and slept awfully. Hoping this is little lady deciding today's the day before my BP gets any higher 😬 reaaaaally want to avoid induction again if I can. So close to having my water birth, I'll be devastated if I miss out at the last minute again

I’m getting so confused today. So far I’ve had two calls from two diff people trying to book me in for another growth scan. I have no idea why it’s been asked for, as at the last one I was told I didn’t need any more, although tummy measure was large.
The ladies calling couldn’t tell me why and said I should speak to my midwife to ask. (I’ve seen a different midwife at all three apts, and no idea of their names, so that’s hard to do).

I don’t know if this is something to do with the blood pressure business from the other day? I heard nothing else from them on the bloods taken on Friday, and they said if I didn’t hear over the weekend, I could assume it was all fine.

Nobody can ever seem to tell me anything, and everyone I speak to is different and they always just say it’s not their area.

I was sure he was engaged atleast a little bit as ive been living on my exercise ball and have been have loads of stabby cervix pains! Awell guess now, will be a bit ragin if they cant do my sweep in 2 weeks because of it

@iratepirate wow that's frustrating 😬 I'd just rock up to the scan and go from there. Is there a consultant appointment after as well or are they just trying to book you in for a scan?

@Rainbowbaby23 I don't think baby being engaged has too much of an impact on whether they can do a sweep or not. It's more to do with whether your cervix is favourable. I don't know for sure though cuz I've never had a sweep. Got my first one booked for this afternoon though 😬

Nothing mentioned about consultant. I’ve not been moved to consultant care (yet) @TeddyBeans Sounds like just a scan.

The two apts they’ve suggested have been this afternoon and tomorrow and I can’t rearrange meetings at such short notice.

Baby has been breech forever and I can still feel a hard lump top left above my belly button, but last night I thought I might be feeling hiccups lower right above my hip...
I still feel most movement down low though apart from when the hard lump feels like it's trying to break out of my belly button 😅
I don't want to be too hopeful that baby has shifted a bit and the hiccups mean her head must be lower right? Maybe the lump is her bum now and her legs are also down like a triangle? Still 10 days until another scan at 37+4, driving me mad 😬
