I thought I'd make this for anyone receiving their BFPs in the next few weeks!

Currently exactly 4 weeks. Still super early, especially after an early MC last time, but fingers crossed for a sticky bean this time!

@Summerwaves8 awww how much of an age gap will you have? Congratulations to you too! Let's see if our babies surprise us with a September or October birthday 😂 xx

Summerwaves8 · 29/01/2023 19:59

@northernmam my youngest will be nine when this baby is born, seems like a lifetime ago! My other son is 12 😊

Belles22 · 29/01/2023 20:08

@northernmam my little boy is 10. Its like starting all over again so much has changed since then

northernmam · 29/01/2023 20:53

@Summerwaves8 @Belles22
I can relate to things changing so much and my eldest is only 6! My youngest is 1 so I'm hoping things will still be pretty much the same. Might be nice to have my mam in the delivery suite this time as a 2nd birthing partner too as my youngest was born during covid.
How are your children feeling about another sibling?

Belles22 · 29/01/2023 20:57

@northernmam oh I won't be telling him for a very long time definitely not till 5 or 6 months. I know he will be fine but he has had me all to himself all these years so he might be a small bit out of joint

adayatatime23 · 29/01/2023 22:12

@Needtobuildabridge have you seen these reviews on your tests? I would either stop testing or switch brands, they sound awful!

Needtobuildabridge · 29/01/2023 22:29

@adayatatime23 Ah. No I had not. That really would have saved me some worry today! Thank you!

What tests are people using to get a strong positive then? I've stopped using FRERs as they're too sensitive at 6MUI and I'd like a higher threshold really.

@Needtobuildabridge i was feeling for you today so thought I’d look them up, as never used them myself. I’m trying my hardest to not test anymore so maybe one of the other girls could help you there :)

Belles22 · 29/01/2023 22:42

@Needtobuildabridge I actually used two boots ones and the came up positive before it had even fully absorbed so didn't take anymore. But I just Read reviews on them and apparently loads of reports of false positives so I got a digital to take in the morning!

Jigglemonster · 30/01/2023 08:18

@Needtobuildabridge I've been taking the easy at home strip tests along with frers but they're still very faint. Not sure what the official threshold is but they're definitely a lot less and seem to take some people up to 20dpo for a dye stealer!

Jigglemonster · 30/01/2023 08:20

I had really bad cramps last night, not for very long but worse than I thought for nothing to be wrong. Tested again this morning and alight progression but I'm not sure what I expect one day to the next

TealDreams · 30/01/2023 08:35

Hi guys! Do you mind if I join? 4weeks 4 days today, after 2 chemicals in the last 6 months. I had some light bleeding the other day so went to see an OOH GP and everything seemed ok, I was referred to the EPU and will be given a scan in a weeks time when I'm 6 weeks. If you've had a loss before you can have an early scan apparently! Just have to ask your GP to refer you. I'm having lots of cramping on and off too and lower back pain. This is my first ❤️✨

Pregnancychatter · 30/01/2023 08:37

Great post op! 4+5
I've had symptoms very early but thankfully not vomiting. 😂
Wish I could tell my mum but waiting until 8 weeks.

Rose1023 · 30/01/2023 09:23

Morning guys hope you all had a restful weekend. How are you guys coping with you symptoms, I’m currently at work and I keep burping Really loud😩 so embarrassing!

Rose1023 · 30/01/2023 09:23

Me to can’t wait to tell her

TealDreams · 30/01/2023 09:25

The only symptoms I seem to have so far is sore boobs and I feel a bit rough! Very tired and a bit run down but no sickness or anything.

I had some bleeding at 4w 2d so rang my mum in a panic and had to tell her then 😅 although she wasn't surprised as she knew we were trying as I'd have 2 losses x

Rose1023 · 30/01/2023 09:29

aww yes feeling very run down, and yes my mum gave me weird eyes yesterday as I said I wouldn’t have any Prosecco when we were out for dinner. Very unusual for me lol

Nelly1023 · 30/01/2023 13:09

Hi!

Can I please join? 🥹 5 weeks yesterday so could be September/October.

This will be my second baby - I had a traumatic birth with my first and also HG so feeling very anxious this time around.

Trying to eat really well to be as healthy as possible and hoping it will help with morning sickness 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Hi everyone! Currently 5DPO, waiting to test is so stressful lol! I'm going to test 8dpo/9dpo but I'm convinced I'm
Pregnant. Mild cramping, white cm & just know the feeling as I've been pregnant 4 times before! After a chemical last month I'm praying for a sticky bean🤞🏼🤩

WhatTodoALL · 30/01/2023 14:39

Hi everyone! I am 5w pregnant and my due date is 3rd of October. I have a strong tense feeling in the low tummy, like period is going to come. Does anyone else have it? It's my third pregnancy and I don't remember anything like that.

I also want to give some reassurance to some of you. With my second pregnancy I had light pink discharge every week till 12 or 14 weeks. I was SOOOO worried, had ultrasound every 2 weeks but it was nothing worrying👀 I had a healthy pregnancy and successful delivery 😎

TealDreams · 30/01/2023 14:40

Hi WhatToDoAll,

I'm exactly the same. 4+4 and constantly having period cramps. It's very unnerving but I've been told it is completely normal.

Chanteuse · 30/01/2023 14:47

I’m struggling with nausea today. Also, possibly unrelated but I’m struggling to remember names - I’m a teacher!! 🫣

I also have some anxiety about everything as well, think it’s because it’s my first and I have no idea if what’s happening is normal!

fleur89 · 30/01/2023 15:00

When did your nausea kick in for those experiencing it? I can't remember from last time when it hit.

northernmam · 30/01/2023 15:17

I'm 5+3 now and still haven't had any nausea or aversions up to now. With my first and second, I was feeling/being sick from about the 6 week mark I think. I'm the other way up to now and am hungry pretty much hourly 😂
