Most common early pregnancy signs?

After a long time ttc and having surgeries to repair my insides I've been given the go ahead to continue ttc again.

Trying desperately not to get my hopes up and to be realistic (whilst still making threads like this! 🤦🏾‍♀️) I don't want to symptom spot but finding it hard not to!

What were your earliest/first signs of pregnancy?

I knew I was about a week before I missed a period. I remember a sensation like peeing myself. TMI but the reality Your discharge changes pretty quickly when your body detects you’re pregnant. This immediately prompted me to do a test which was barely visible at most angles. My husband couldn’t even see it. (Do NOT recommend this as I was convinced I’d get my period a week later and it was longest, most anxious week. I got so worked up and emotional this week and did a silly amount of tests!) I also had noticeably fuller and heavier breasts which were really tender which all the women have in my family when pregnant. Good luck! My advice is only ever test once you’ve missed a period.

Sadly not pregnant still.

Currently in 2WW again 10dpo :( I ovulated late so I'm on day 31 of my cycle! Usually my period has started now so idk if this is a good sign or simply late ovulation :(

What do you mean by a change in discharge @Sleeplessnights2 ? I have got strange discharge that is like egg white but a kind of wee like colour (sorry that sounds revolting!) - I keep thinking it's my period on its way but it doesn't seem like pre period spotting..

There was just a lot more of it and a different (thinner) consistency. But everyone is different of course! Eg some get signs of an implantation bleed which I never did.
