Im going mad! How did you know you were pregnant

Hi ladies!

The two week wait is driving me INSANE so I thought I'd ease my pain a bit by asking a fun question.

If you did, how did you know you were pregnant before the positive test?
What was that little telltale sign that was different from your usual PMS symptoms 😁

With my son I felt constantly wet and my areolas were tender to touch. With my current pregnancy I didn't have a single symptom because I tested from 7dpo and found out at 10dpo, the symptoms came after 😂

My 2 pregnancies that didn't work out, I actually had implantation bleeding both times at about 9/10 dpo, but nothing this time. Good luck!! I haaaaate the 2ww. Xx

Amazing! I have sensitivity on my areolas too at the moment which is giving me some hope 🤞🏾

No symptoms whatsoever! Just casually tested and got a bfp 🥰 found out at around 5th week and symptoms started only after the test.. horrendous nausea and have thrown up after every meal/drink..

My biggest symptom was absolutely no symptoms. Haha. I was symptom spotting every month before and would be googling sore boobs, dischwrge, headaches etc and was never pregnant. The month i was, nothing at all.

My sense of smell both times was weird and knew I was pregnant before any test

Felt really grim one night around 3am, thought I’d throw up but didn’t. No reason for this to have happened and I thought “aha”…

Coupled with a general tenderness in lower tummy, would get a tugging sensation if I laughed etc.
Lower back aches
Increased HR on Fitbit
Stuffy nose

Didn’t have my usual PMS symptoms

Tested negative at first, convinced it was wrong.

BFP 2 days later on day AF was due

With my son I don't think I really picked up on symptoms! Maybe slightly tender breasts but my period was like clockwork and tested on the day AF was due and got a BFP.

For my twins same again really and tiredness. Tested slightly earlier with them. Think it was 10DPO maybe and the BFP lit up like a Christmas tree it wasn't until 8 weeks I found out I was expecting twins. They're 2 weeks old on Saturday! 😁.

I woke up and felt like death. Not like any other ill feeling. It was an unrelenting stomach churning nausea. I knew instantly. It lasted until I had my c section too. Agh.

I had really sore boobs. I never get that even on my period so I knew something was up. I also was quiet tired. More than usual.

@whatdoiactuallydo It didn't really lol.. I'm 20 weeks and still a bit sicky. I had extreme vomiting to start but it's calmed down a bit now.

The only other thing but this was after my bfp was tender boobs, the underside really pained and hurt.

Was in a bar and really didn't fancy alcohol. Got up in the morning and really didn't like coffee.

Mine was a weird one! With my second I kept having really weird dreams even before my period was due.

First baby was through IVF and DH was like OMG your pregnant you had weird dreams in first pregnancy.

Coffee tasted weird. It was the first symptoms with my final three pregnancies. With my first I got fitted for a new bra and was two cup sizes bigger but I thought it was cause I lost weight and my rib meaurmo had gone down so much :)

No symptoms at all in the tww. Except that I had really bad stomach ache on 12dpo about 15mins after eating sushi but I just put that down to the food. My dh shared the sushi with me and he was fine so that was odd. Around 15dpo I started to notice odd symptoms starting.

My boobs were agonizingly sore for 2 weeks before period was due (and stayed sore for 12 weeks). I'd wake in the night with pain if I rolled over. I was 34G before pregnancy so wonder if size played a factor (more to hurt!). Good luck x

I had real vivid dreams that still haven’t stopped and my boobs were INCREDIBLY sore (not the areolas, the boobs itself) and very veiny which they never were before).

I wasnt actively trying with my first, periods never on time. I had really sore boobs and so tired. That was the trigger to the test , I was around 7 weeks. With my second we were trying and thought we’d missed the window, no symptoms and first test was negative then a couple of days later tested again and was positive- no symptoms till around 7/8 week mark.
