Im going mad! How did you know you were pregnant

Hi ladies!

The two week wait is driving me INSANE so I thought I'd ease my pain a bit by asking a fun question.

If you did, how did you know you were pregnant before the positive test?
What was that little telltale sign that was different from your usual PMS symptoms 😁

In my TWW I kept checking my boobs for soreness but they were fine. Around 10DPO they suddenly hurt on the sides when I hit the brakes too hard in my car and the seatbelt locked.

Also both pregnancies I have had random toe cramps before testing positive. Not sure how it relates but I remember finding it strange. When do you test?
