@Zaalfruit pretty confident I'll have GD as I had it in my last pregnancy so I can't even use the water birth suite in the hospital let alone have the baby at home. I have picked the same Hospital as before as I can't fault them.

@Katie2021 you can have a gender scan from 15 weeks in most private clinics !

@Zaalfruit Be hospital for me due to previous complications. I had a horrific time last time so hope it's improved by next June.

There's no nub showing in that picture unfortunately so it doesn't give any clues! Congrats on the healthy scan though 😊

@Algor1thm aww I didn’t think I could see one 😂 but then thought I wasn’t looking correctly hahaha aww won’t be too long now atleast it will be more of a surprise at the gender reveal haha xxx

Ah didn't realise we had another thread. Just thought people had stopped posting.

I had my 12 week scan the other week. Dated me at 12+4 so due date of the 4th June.

Still struggling with a lack of appetite. Still on lots of sickness meds. Been surviving on greggs sausage rolls, fruit juice, apples and oranges. List about 16lb, but I've a high bmi anyway so not worried.

Morning all, anyone have tried and tested constipation relief? Either lactulose or movicol? The dreaded constipation has started and piles will follow (which stayed with me a whole year after birth )

I'm approaching 14+5 today and wondering if I should tell my boss at work next week or the week after, rather than waiting until the new year. I'm thinking if I tell him next week, he'll have time to review the risk assessment before the xmas holidays so it's ready for when we're back in Jan. Still won't be telling my colleagues until after Christmas though.

Is anyone else still keeping quiet at work?!

It's also been really interesting to see the results you ladies got from the Wonder Weeks quiz I posted. It seems accurate for those who already know the gender from NIPT! It said BOY for me which is what Sneak Peek said, too. 💙

@B1993 The quiz for me said boy. I have a really strong feeling it's a boy so maybe.

we had 12 week scan last week at 13+3 and measured a day ahead. Wee bub was just lying there nodding its head haha.

we’ve booked a gender scan for 22nd December so hopefully can tell people on Xmas day 😬😬

not sure how everyone else is doing but I’m now 14+3 and I all of a sudden look massive. Like undeniably pregnant. I told work and friends last week after our scan cos I’m not going to be able to hide it. I thought first time baby you didn’t show till later haha

What exact gestation was it at? Looks girly at that point but could just be too early.

Had my scan today and it brought me a week forward! So 13+6 and EDD of 9th June. I must have ovulated/conceived on day 7 of my cycle! I feel like I'll have to tell my boss in our 121 next week cos if I leave it til after Christmas it will feel quite late. I'm basically showing now and being a week ahead explains a lot. I was almost expecting twins but it wasn't which was a relief haha.

@tigerlily0 I had really bad constipation last week and I've been drinking fybogel since. I might ask my midwife if I can have a prescription for it as it's not cheap for a 5 days supply.

When people get dated a week ahead I don’t think you necessarily ovulated a week early I honestly think some babies just grow a bit quicker. I was dated 5 days ahead which would mean I ovulated on day 9 of my cycle. We only had sex after day 11 so it woull probably not be possible to conceive on day 9.
It would also mean I tested negative at 13dpo and positive at 14dpo, rather than negative at 8dpo and positive at 9dpo which I think is more likely.

Also my clear blue dates were always accurate, at my 6 weeks scan I was measuring exactly 6 weeks - at my 9 week scan I was measuring 4 days ahead and 12 week scan 5 days ahead

I got dated at 11 weeks and 5 days even tho I'm sure I'm only 10+2 but who am I to argue 😂

Hi all, had my screening results back which are low risk which is great for downs 1in 10,000 and edwards 1 in 100,000. Have my next midwife apt on the 23rd and having a gender scan on Christmas Eve, counting down the days 💗💙

Just found this! I know I'm a bit late but can I join in? Currently 14 weeks and due 7th June! Although DD was two weeks overdue so am expecting a late June bday again

@MrsP4 We will definitely find out but I am 15 weeks on NYE and although the scan clinic have said 15 weeks is fine I feel like we should wait atleast 1 more week to make it more accurate ! I really don't have a gender preference. My Husband wants a girl but we have a lot of boy things already so a boy would be a cheaper lol!
