@Cuppasoupmonster everyone keeps saying they think I’m having a girl! I’ll keep u posted, we are going to go for a private scan at 16 weeks to find out! I left it as a surprise when I had my son but I have no patience at all this time round

Just managed a big portion of chilli and rice, the first full hot meal I’ve had in… I don’t even know how long. I’m bloody starving now my appetite is coming back! Could really go for a cream cake…

Had a phone meeting with my manager today, I said if I continue to improve I should be back in a week or so. I’m dreading it tbh but I have to get back to normal at some point plus maybe the distraction will be good for me.

How are all of your moods, day to day? I’ve been upset/crying a lot over not very much 😳

@AliceinSlumberland aww thank you - it really was the most amazing moment seeing them and seeing it’s little legs and feet moving around! I hope the next week flies by for you x

@Cuppasoupmonster we similar again - I've also been super emotional and upset over not much, also way more anxious and a bit paranoid ATM. It's so dumb, been bickering with DH even tho we on a lovely holiday 😩 went for a solo evening swim and feeling a bit better, hoping today is easier.
Glad you managed a hot meal!! My sickness is also getting better although still spewing in the evening quite often (today's was massive 🤢🤢)

@Cuppasoupmonster my moods are horrible, im so emotional and crying so much for nothing.
I picked my boyfriend up from work yesterday and cried because I thought he was in a mood with me- he had worked all day and opened the car door and i started crying 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
I have found myself crying a lot to be fair!

Also super tearful at really small
things as well! Very strange! Also quite snappy, which isn’t ideal

Yours is a bit of a riddle, so this is a tentative guess but GIRL 💖

@PuddingBear - this is my issue as well. All my clothes are super slim cut and I am a size 8. I used to be a 6 before my first baby... I will someday return to it!

Is anyone else having a surprise? I’m going to be so tempted this time! I had a surprise with both the boys though so don’t feel like breaking tradition!

@MilkAndFenty we are going to find out, it’s our first so we are so super excited and I know I wouldn’t be able to wait, i take my hat off to you for keeping it a surprise twice before too!

Is anybody having itching nipples? It’s so frustrating but on a night my nipples itch so bad, i can’t itch them because that would be worse but wondered if anybody else is having this annoying symptom 😂😂

@LauraA31 yes! But mainly at night in bed! It’s a similar sensation to when you need to feed a baby- really strange!!! I haven’t had it in my other pregnancies.

Good morning gorgeous ones. I had my NIPT test and scan on Thursday and here is our little bean! This was a private scan as my he one isn’t scheduled until week 14 and a NIPT test would mean discussing results in week 16-17 which I felt was too late (I’m 42). I’m also out of the country for 5 weeks so got this one in early :) we will find out the results and also gender in about 7-10 days.

how are we all feeling? Anyone else scanning soon? I’m just about to catch up on the thread, it’s busy in here! 😍 xx

I've my NHS dating scan on Tuesday and I'm feeling soo excited but also nervous - just want Tuesday to be here!! X

@Springblooms08 was it NIPT testing you went for and were too early? I went for testing for abnormalities as I'm over 35 so the Dr recommended it, got there and had it explained to me, but I'm still confused what the tests are for (I'm in Germany). There's something for 240 euro which she said was important and then she said there was NIPT as well, which is covered by insurance for me. I just said yes to both because she said it was all non invasive and important. I think it included a test for pre-eclampsia among other things. Anyway, she measured me as 9 + 3, said I was too early and we've rescheduled for 3 weeks' time. Did take some blood though.

@DBS94 aww thank you. This is our first (I was told I couldn't have children so this is a very special pregnancy). I'm 11 weeks today and my scan was two days ago. We feel like its a boy - anyone else want to guess that's a nib-guesser? I'm going from my gut instinct but I also know girls a mischief and like to surprise haha xx

@MamaMenna no it was just my NHS 12 week scan. It was just a few days too early to do the combined screening tests so will be booked in again for a week or so. Those tests all sound sensible, and wishing you all the best for them xx

Beautiful scans guys! I can't see nubs in any of these recent pics and I'm normally pretty good at it haha 🙈

@MilkAndFenty we are having a surprise this time, although that won't stop me analysing the nub and as my scan is at 13+3 it's going to be pretty clear too as long as we get a good pic! But that's ok, will be nice to have a solid guess 💙💕 and then a bit of a surprise I reckon 😂

I had a wild one last night and stayed up until 10:30pm and oh my goodness I'm shattered today!! Just back from the hairdressers going to put my comfies on and have a nap! This growing a baby business is exhausting 😂
