Is anyone else finding themselves absolutely ravenous? I’ve had nausea, although less so the last 2 days, and I have been sooo hungry.
I’ve definitely eaten and drank enough, and nutritious food, cos I’m tracking it all on My Fitness Pal, though I’m a veggie so I could perhaps up my protein with a shake or something.
Obviously I don’t want to start “eating for two” as it’s not necessary, but I’m going to need something before I go to bed, even though I had a huge bowl of vegan chilli for tea!
