Hi ladies!! Hope you don't mind me jumping on
I'm due 16th March, I'm 11+3 (it's past midnight now). I have a 19 month old daughter. I fell pregnant in May this year but sadly suffered a loss, but fell on straight away to my surprise! So this is our rainbow baby💛. Congratulations everyone!

Babynum2 · 28/08/2022 00:59

@TeddyBeans mine has got really thick and so has the hair on my body! I lost it after i had the baby last time though so expecting the same this time.

Laur1980 · 28/08/2022 07:58

@TTC24 hi 😊 congratulations on your rainbow baby, also pregnant with my own rainbow baby, I suffered 6 miscarriages, the last one being at 12 weeks so I'm still really anxious but taking it a day at a time. I hope you're keeping well and taking it easy x

mummyofrb · 28/08/2022 08:04

Hey guys I'm 10 weeks now and feeling like nausea is dropping off abit. It's making me so worried😩😩 is anyone else the same?? haven't got my scan date yet but hoping it's soon!!

Pickles23 · 28/08/2022 08:14

@TTC24 congratulations!

@mummyofrb i had mild nausea (mainly when I had an empty stomach) but that seemed to stop a few weeks ago (around 10 weeks) if that's any help. Lots of friends said they only had it bad early on so it seems to be quite normal?
Sorry you haven't got your scan date yet, can you chase it up with your midwife?

mummyofrb · 28/08/2022 08:18

@Pickles23 aw thankyou for the reply! Yeah I paid for a 6 week scan and all was ok then and the sonographer did say at 10 weeks placenta takes over but I've had previous loss so I'm just so nervous!!
I didn't have my 8 week check until 10 weeks so that's why there's been a delay! I tried to book another private one but they are all booked up!! Xxx

Pickles23 · 28/08/2022 08:23

@mummyofrb oh I'm so sorry for your previous loss, it's completely understandable you're nervous.
Really hope you get your scan booked soon and that it gives you some reassurance. X

TTC24 · 28/08/2022 12:50

@Laur1980 I'm so sorry for your losses, I pray this is your definite rainbow baby🌈💛.

How far along is everyone? I have my 12 week scan on the 5th so I'm very excited for it! A bit nervous too as my daughters pregnancy was during 2020 with all the lockdowns, I was pretty neglected and didn't have half the stuff done that I was supposed to but my new midwife seems hopeful!

Mrs2022 · 28/08/2022 13:00

Hi @TeddyBeans I'm having the same problem. Have a 13 month old and was just getting over the postpartum hair loss and now it's coming out again 🙈

Babynum2 · 28/08/2022 15:53

Im due to go on holiday just me and DP on 28th Sep for 4 nights to majorca. My HG still hasnt passed yet and im still sick. I really dont know what to do ive got until friday to cancel or we loose our money. I dont know to go have a break from kids and try relax or if its just going to be hell and im stuck with my head down the toilet the whole time.

Dreamingof3 · 28/08/2022 17:11

@mummyofrb I'm 10 weeks 2 days. The last couple of days my nausea/sickness has been noticeably better and I'm trying not to worry as I know it can be normal at this stage. I had a scan at 9+1 and all was fine 🥰
@TTC24 I have my scan on the 7th, not too long to go now! I can only imagine how tough a pregnancy/birth must have been through lockdown! Hopefully this time will be much nicer x
@Babynum2 I would still go to be honest. It's a month away so you could feel completely differently by then, and I think a few days away would do you hood if you still aren't feeling great, take the opportunity to relax

mummyofrb · 28/08/2022 18:22

@Dreamingof3 aw thank you that does make me feel reassured! At my private scan the woman did say about 10 weeks it usually gets better but I still panic😂

Laur1980 · 28/08/2022 21:29

@TTC24 thank you, I do have two other kids but I always felt like I wanted one more so I'm hoping and praying everything goes good. 🤞🤞 I have my twelve week scan the end of December, I think I'm nearly 9 weeks, I had an early scan and they had said then I was about 8 so I'm looking forward to getting a date.

Laur1980 · 28/08/2022 21:30

@TTC24 I meant end of September 🤦‍♀️🤣

Cats23 · 28/08/2022 23:03

Im 10weeks now and scan is 9th sept BUT Im going next week as Im sure Ive felt movement!
I had a false positive back in May the most I could be is 16weeks...

TeddyBeans · 28/08/2022 23:05

Hi @TeddyBeans I'm having the same problem. Have a 13 month old and was just getting over the postpartum hair loss and now it's coming out again 🙈

It's awful isn't it? I lost so much hair after DS was born. I'm dreading the pp hairloss this time around if I'm this bad already 😱

5th!
You would think I could know how movement feels by now and that my dates shouldnt be in doubt🤦‍♀️

hol92 · 28/08/2022 23:42

Just in reply to those who have said there nausea is calming at 10 weeks, My nausea stopped at about 9weeks around the same time as my private scan and everything was okay then.. should I be worried :/ I’m just hungry all the time now ! X

Splashh · 29/08/2022 06:11

@hol92 mine also seems to have stopped in the last few days around 11+5 🙏🏽 and I'm the same, really hungry now, especially in the mornings. And I keep waking up early, yesterday I ate breakfast at 7ish, then left over chicken wings at like 10am 🤣 and a sandwich at 12🤷🏾‍♀️

Whydotheyallhaverubbishwheels · 29/08/2022 06:19

You're all giving me hope with the nausea, mines so bad I'm on my third type of meds and I've not been sick for 3 days 🎉

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone experienced bleeding in there pregnancy and everything been ok?

I had bleeding between 6 and 8 weeks and all has been fine. I had a scan at 7+3 and then my 12 week scan after and no issues or reason for bleeding found. Have you contacted your EPU for reassurance?

Markygirl1995 · 29/08/2022 08:06

@TeddyBeans I did but as it’s bank holiday they’re closed she said to go AE if it gets heavy. At the moment it’s red and spotting on and off but more than I’d expect
