Hi all lovely people!

Here’s a thread for all March babies 🥰 I got my BFP this morning at 10dpo with a due date on the 10th of March 2023. I suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks in early March so it feels special that we get our rainbow 🌈 baby around the one year mark!

A little about me: I’m 27, living in Sweden with my fiancé. This is our first child and we’ve really longed for this baby and desperately hoping it will stick this time!

@Kt12344 it's good news that it's not in your tubes. I feel so similar to you, just not knowing whether a slow progressing pregnancy will be viable or not. Our dates are so similar, I should be almost 8 weeks and I've had positive tests now for 4 weeks today. When are you being scanned again? Hope you're okay! This time in limbo is exhausting xxx

@Handmaid2019 sorry you're going through it too 😔I've got to wait a week and they will scan again but I don't think it's going to progress, at 8 weeks it should be looking like something and they can't see anything not even a sac just a white lining x

It seems it's fairly common but still feels worrying! You're a bit ahead of me I'm only 5+1 I think.

@Kt12344 i know how you feel with the wait to see if it’s growing in your uterus or not. I had something similar happen to me this year after a miscarriage. I got pregnant right away but they couldn’t see anything for about 7 weeks and we’re considering ectopic although they couldn’t see it anywhere. Eventually it showed up in the uterus. I went back 2 weeks later and it had developed into 3 sacs but unfortunately for me, none of the sacs had fetal poles, so it was a triple blighted ovum.

@RhiRhi1988 oh my goodness, that's crazy. Do you know how your hcg was developing?x

Initially my HCG levels were falling and I was told it was a failing pregnancy, but the next set showed that it had risen but not quite doubled. The following one showed that it had doubled, as did the next one. The one after this was not quite double. All the while nothing could be seen. I was in the hospital every two days for bloods and scans.
Once they saw the tiny sac in the uterus I didn’t need to go back for 2 weeks and my blood was no longer measured. So I don’t know how it continued after this.
When we found out there were 3 sacs, they were growing as they should (apart from one was half the size) but the follow up scan a week later confirmed no viable pregnancy inside.
At the time, I had spoken to people who had a similar scenario and it worked out well for them. So there’s always hope.

@RhiRhi1988 That's so interesting, my hcgs are rising but not doubling but they're over 5500 and still nothing can be seen, it's going to be a long wait till next Thursday x

Sounds like such an agonising wait @Kt12344 I'm sorry they couldn't give you more clarity today.
I'm still spotting after two weeks so got another EPU scan tomorrow. So nervous!
What I find so bizarre is that there's quite a lot of us on here experiencing spotting (more than I imagined possible!) And it's just like one different reason after the next. I never realised how common it was to bleed in early pregnancy.

I have my early scan this Saturday which I'm SO nervous for 😬 I will be exactly 8 weeks based on LMP.

My scan went well. Measuring 6+4 and saw a good heartbeat.

@Handmaid2019 thanks for that! I’m really holding out hope I’ve lost all my symptoms now too I think it’s just all paranoia and probs just carrying a boy

I’m 5 weeks + 4 days. I had a heavy bleed overnight on Monday and since then have had cramps which only start midday and last until the evening and some spotting. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour trying to get through to triage nurses at the local women’s hospital as I don’t want to go to A&E. I don’t want to tell anyone yet and my husband works late so I have nobody to watch my daughter.

@XjustagirlX congrats!! When they date you do they do it from last period or from conception?? Xx

@CharT27 sorry to hear this. Have you got through?
Do you have an EPU near you that you could self refer to? Or try via GP first thing tomorrow.
It is a huge pain trying to juggle childcare around scans, especially when barely anyone knows 😔

I’ve organised a private scan tomorrow. I was on the phone for 2hr30 mins and never got higher than position 2 and that was the self referral for epu scans….I’ll go to a private scan tomorrow and see what happens.
I currently feel like I’m having my period but wouldn’t be due around this time. All very stressful but I know it can mean nothing too.

Hi all, congratulations to you all x
I should be due around 9th March.
Super scared had a miscarriage at the start of the year and terrified of it happening again.
Feel really nauseous, tired and like I've got no oomph.
I feel bloated sometimes throughout the day but I don't feel pregnant I am 8 weeks today, should I feel pregnant this is the second time I've been pregnant the first being a miscarriage x

@mummyofrb its an ivf baby so they know the exact dates. But they measured it one day ahead so I’m guessing maybe it implanted one day earlier than the average.

Hi all i had thr EPU call me today to say i was supposed to be at my booking app very confussed as the community midwife called me only this morning to arrange it for next week. The Dr at EPU said i will be having all my apps at the hospital as they known my history and i am high risk pregnancy a bit upset as its far and the parking is very expensive but they know best. We will be having our 3rd scan on tuesday and hoping to see more of a baby shadow than an egg this time! I will be 9+1.
