Hi all lovely people!

Here’s a thread for all March babies 🥰 I got my BFP this morning at 10dpo with a due date on the 10th of March 2023. I suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks in early March so it feels special that we get our rainbow 🌈 baby around the one year mark!

A little about me: I’m 27, living in Sweden with my fiancé. This is our first child and we’ve really longed for this baby and desperately hoping it will stick this time!

Welcome to this journey, please tell me a little bit about you!

Aww that’s reassuring, thank you 💕 I know it’s still early days and it’s probably a few weeks until more symptoms kick in but I panicked this morning when I got up and they weren’t sore and heavy like they have been. I’ll be glad when these next few weeks are out the way!

I had similar the last few days then this morning I tried to put my sports bra on for a bootcamp class and omg! It's so hard not to worry about literally everything!

ChloeN · 23/07/2022 21:06

@allthingssparkly me too! I have to eat first thing if not I feel sooo sick, and can’t let myself get too hungry either

Markygirl1995 · 23/07/2022 21:08

@AK93 thank you so much that was the reassurance I was looking for :’) I think this time being a shock it’s scathing me a lot more I’m sure it’ll be ok though 💖💖

Laur08 · 23/07/2022 21:24

I know, it’s so easy to worry isn’t it! Reassuring other people have felt the same! Xx

alotoftutus · 23/07/2022 22:30

Hi Ladies,

I'm jumping on the March 2023 bus.
This will be baby number 5 for me - I'm currently 5+5 weeks and due March 20th. Xxx

Katlouise24 · 24/07/2022 08:41

Good morning everyone! I had my early scan yesterday. I'm currently 6 weeks 5 days since LMP but baby is measuring 6 weeks 2 days! We also managed to see their little heartbeat which was so reassuring!

Hope everyone is doing okay through their pregnancies so far!

Hi everyone,
Wonder if anyone has experienced anything similar. Im currently 5+4 and have had really sore boobs for a couple of weeks, that & tiredness have been my only symptom really so far. Today I feel like they are suddenly not as sore. Still tender but nothing as bad as what they have been. Has anyone else had symptoms come and go really early on? Can’t help but worry! Xx

Mine are like this, I'm forever feeling them throughout the day to see if they still hurt or not 😩🤣 It seems to come and go but they're definitely not as sore as they were. I think I'm around 7 weeks. In my first pregnancy though I had barely any symptoms the entire way through. I had some nausea for a couple of weeks and that was literally about it x

JB2021 · 23/07/2022 07:33

Those of you who have your 12 week scan booked in, how did you get this appointment? Did the midwife book it when you first saw her or did you just get a letter?

Also what week is it? I'm hoping mine is before 12 weeks

In the letter for my booking appointment it said the midwife will make the scan appointment whilst I'm there. I really hope mine is more around the 10-12 week mark then the 12-14, SO impatient 🤣 x

JB2021 · 24/07/2022 09:43

@rach971 same as me then hoping for a scan in the earlier time!

Not had a letter from midwife, just a text with an appointment date and time. Hoping I might get a letter about midwife appointment or scan this week as only had text on Friday (and I had to chase that!)

mummyofrb · 24/07/2022 10:26

@Katlouise24 hey lovely what does LMP mean? Congrats on scan going well! I'm 6 weeks from first day of my last period and wanting to have a reassurance scan at 7 weeks but worried it might stress me more🤦‍♀️xxx

Katlouise24 · 24/07/2022 10:29

@mummyofrb LMP stands for last monthly period...I believe we're around the same time then! I was so nervous about getting my scan but it was so reassuring to see the heartbeat, I wanted to get one early based off the fact my midwife probably won't get round to seeing me till I'm like 12-14 weeks gone.

How are you feeling?

mummyofrb · 24/07/2022 10:35

Ah thankyou! Aw yeah I bet it was! I had a missed miscarriage in feb so really think it would help me to see if everything is progressing! I think i might book one for 7 weeks! Im feeling pretty tired and nauseous on and off, I almost want more symptoms so I know everything's ok😬 how about you? X

Katlouise24 · 24/07/2022 10:38

@mummyofrb I've been experiencing quite a few symptoms on and off...especially nausea. Im mainly effected in the evening or every time I eat! I've also been getting really sore boobs lol, im not complaining though, I'll take any sign that baby is doing okay! Haha xx

allthingssparkly · 24/07/2022 11:20

I'm exactly the same @ChloeN very bizarre, I don't remember having this symptom when I was pregnant with my two children goes to show they can all be so different!

How many weeks are you? X

Rainbowbaby23 · 24/07/2022 14:28

I know cramps are normal but for the past 2 days I’ve been getting quite painful ones which are starting to make me nervous 😣

krunchE · 24/07/2022 16:36

Hello,
I came across this page while scouring the internet! I got my BFP last Tuesday and I'm 4 +5 today! I'm due March 28th, 2023! I'm so nervous because this is my second pregnancy, the first ended with a loss at 17 + 5 due to preterm labor due to IC, and I'm supposed to get a cervix cerclage at 12 weeks. I'm a nervous wreck about it. I see my OBG this Friday too. I swear I keep thinking I'm dreaming about the whole thing. I keep checking my toilet paper for any trace of AF. I'm glad to find this thread, and to share this experience with you all!❤❤❤👶🏼🍼

Pinklady81 · 24/07/2022 16:41

If you are worried you can always pop into your local early pregnancy unit and they can scan you.

I had horrendous cramps with my first and he is now 10. I'm sure it's just everything stretching and making space xxx

krunchE · 24/07/2022 16:44

^Congrats!! I know the feeling we've been TTC ever since our first loss, 2 years, and every negative has been heart wrenching. Sometimes my symptoms come and go or vary by day. It happened with my first pregnancy as well so I believe it's normal, at least from what I've read as well.

Certainly normal. I seem to get a few waves of nausea here and there and my boobs are sometimes more sore than others. It's a bit hit and miss x

Handmaid2019 · 24/07/2022 17:43

Does anyone have any experience with this? So I’m 7 weeks 3 days according to my last period. Not entirely certain when I ovulated but I think on around cycle day 17. Anyway today I had an early scan booked, an hour before the scan I have started bleeding, red blood, no pains or anything.

Decided to go for the scan, they can see a yolk sac and are dating that at around 5 weeks 3 days. Can’t see a fetal pole. So they’ve said I either ovulated much later than I thought - but I’ve been having positive tests for well over 3 weeks now. Or it’s a missed miscarriage. They said to go back in 2 weeks for another scan, or go to the early pregnancy unit if the bleeding continues.

Still having strong symptoms of nausea, vomiting, sore boobs etc! I’m feeling certain that it’s a miscarriage waiting to happen.

Hi, I do have experience with this but I won’t go into detail as sadly mine was not a positive outcome but I would recommend calling your early pregnancy unit and seeing what they say. I had an private scan and then was referred to my EPU and they continued my care which was much smoother as was through NHS!

Hopefully yours is a positive outcome and baby just needs to catch up, especially as you’re having strong symptoms!

Rainbowbaby23 · 24/07/2022 21:20

Thankyou for the reassurance!!
and I actually work at my local maternity assessment unit, they would only scan me if I had alot of bleeding unfortunately and I dont want anybody at work to know yet as im still quite early!!
