How's everyone feeling? Other than feeling bloated after eating I feel like the second trimester is going well! Feeling little bits of back ache creeping in if I sit still or drive for too long but other than that feeling good 🥰

Can I join? Although I can’t seem to copy and paste the due dates! I’m due on 9 October with a boy although will be booking in a c-section for 39 weeks.

We're on our 'babymoon' in Corfu right now - it's bloody hot but delightful 😍

Also pretty sure baby has just had hiccups whilst I've been in the pool. First time I've felt very regular, rhythmic little movements that were less than the usual kicks I've been getting.

@jadew88 wow a nice relaxing break in corfu sounds lovely! Hope it's not too hot for you though.
@emmajane90 I'm feeling tired and achey most of the time - just mild PGP but having to limit myself a bit to keep it thar way which is a bit frustrating. We've got decorating to do at home so hopefully going to manage to do it a little at a time.

Feeling a little freaked out that I've now got just 15 weeks until due date. Or if this baby needs to come early like my first did then its only 9 weeks until the gestation that I had her! We are so not prepared yet.. but hopefully no preeclampsia this time and she will be born at full term🤞

I spent all day yesterday in preggo A&E after turning my ankle and hitting the pavement on my tummy. Very me thing to do, I'm clumsy at the best of times. Baby all fine, had ketones in urine though so not sure about that. Been resting today and next midwife appointment 4th July.

I'm 24 weeks tomorrow and looking to book private 3/4d scan. Anyone had one/advice on what week to book it for (especially if you're plus size and some difficulty with scan views due to this)

Hi, sorry a bit grim, but any suggestions for thrush? Im assuming it’s thrush anyways, had it for weeks, I know I should’ve been to a doc by now but took a cannestan duo and hoped for the best , it calmed it but it’s back with a vengeance, like pregnancy symptoms aren’t delightful enough, open to any advice!

@1stTimeTina I was prescribed a week of pessaries - not the most fun but has sorted it out properly! You'll need to speak to a GP (or prescribing nurse/paramedic etc - whoever your practice has available).

Has anyone planned / booked a baby shower yet? I feel like this part of the pregnancy is so much more enjoyable than the weeks before 😅 I'm feeling and seeing kicks now (I'm 26 weeks) and I've booked my baby shower for 7th August. And as things stand I only have 10 more weeks of work left 🎉. Actually starting to enjoy being pregnant!

Hi all, have just found thread #3. Hope you are all good!! Time is really flying by now isn't it or is it just me!! Less than 12 weeks until I finish for maternity leave. Eeek!!

It's crazy isn't it how time is whizzing by!
This is definitely the easiest stage of pregnancy so far.
We have just moved house and have a lot of renovating work to complete before baby's arrival to add in to the mix!
Trust everyone else is well and finding pregnancy easier at this stage! 😊

Saw the midwife today and had first fundal height measurement. I'm 25+2 and fundal height was 32. I'm a plus size mama so I'm guessing that's to be expected? Last pregnancy they didn't measure this way because I'm on the larger size.

Also got my glucose test on 25th. How's everyone else doing? Not looking forward to the heat over the next 2 weeks.

I can definitely feel the nausea coming back but assuming that’s because 3rd trimester is upon us!

Hey all, hope you are all ok. I had my 28 week (well 27+4) midwife appointment this morning and just as the midwife was feeling to measure my bump, she said I was having a braxton hicks!! I had no idea, I was under the impression I would be able to feel when that happened lol! Have 28 week growth scan on Friday, can't wait to see how big she is now! Hope you are all doing well.. I am getting nervous now!

Just thought I'd check in and see how everyone is! I'm 30+1 today and I'm feeling it! So tired this week and feel so uncomfortable most of the time. Final stretch now though 🥳 hope everyone's okay 🥰

Hi @emmajane90, hope you are doing OK. I was exactly 30 weeks yesterday and its all hit me at once for some reason! My back is painful and my pelvis, and my ankles are huge! It's strange because I haven't really noticed much discomfort prior to this! Hope everyone else is well ❤️

I've got a birthing ball coming today as it's supposed to help with the pelvic discomfort. Also got diagnosed with gestational diabetes earlier this week so that's just added to the fun of 3rd trimester!

I'm 29weeks today, not panicky yet but definitely aware that the due date is fast approaching and I need to get stuff in place for 6yr old, I've nothing to wear in hospital or for next couple months but have little motivation to find anything. It's not helping that my partner keeps moaning about the amount of appts I've got so close together and showing no real interest in the pregnancy, or me now. He did pick up a best big brother t-shirt yesterday for the 6yr old, so maybe things will start to change. 🤞🏻

Hi all, can I join? I'm due baby number 3 on 22 October, although will likely be a planned section at 39 weeks. I'm 40, with two DDs, 9 and 3. This very much unplanned, surprise baby is a boy. Slightly terrified to be going again but here we are!
