Marching towards or in the beginning of the second trimester!

TMI anyone else leaking pee?! Starting to freak out in case it's not pee. No other UTI symptoms such as burning or stinging. No idea what's happening, seems to have gotten worse in the past two weeks to were it's really noticeable to me now 😔

@AG96 same here but its mainly when i cough or laugh it happens & its not alot either but did take me by suprise as never suffered with this in my other pregnancies! If it continues to happen im going to mention it to midwife see what she says but im just thinking maybe baby is low down still & putting pressure on my bladder? Im not sure.. whats it like for you if you dont mind me asking x

I have no pee leakage yet! Has anyone been consistently doing pelvic floor exercises or anything ? I have been doing then here & there but not consistently keep forgetting.

I haven't put on any weight. I'm a little lower than pre pregnancy. But I do think my weight loss is mostly muscle in my month where I couldn't stomach any meat, so couldn't keep my protein needs. I still struggle to keep my protein intake anywhere where it should be as I'm still not properly acquainted with chicken etc so most of my food choices are carb based :/

I thought I'd start doing some pregnancy safe core work, as I think my core is weak. I was humbled by the workout, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be! 😅 I didn't like the video tbh, awkward exercises, hopefully i can find some I like.
Has anyone got any good YouTube videos they've been using? Or going go any particular exercise classes?
I've been going to the gym 2-3 a week for weight training but want to start doing core work at home.

@TeamBluex3 glad it's not just me 🤣 this is my first pregnancy but have had some stress incontinence before in bad times in my life so maybe I have a weak bladder and pressure from baby is making it worse. I wore grey trousers out to dinner last night and sneezed at the table. Had to get my mum to check you couldn't tell before I went to the toilet 😅. It's probably not even a teaspoon worth but feels like loads at the time lol

Had my 16 week midwife appointment, heard the heartbeat which was lovely. How terrifying is it when they’re trying to find it! I know it’s normal for it to take a little while but gosh my nerves.

@AG96 yesss forgot the sneezing also 😂 @RhiRhi1996 its all pisses & giggles until someone giggles & pisses! Hahahaha welcome to the piss club 😁😂

@Jaaxe I initially lost 8lbs with the morning sickness but think I've packed 5lbs back on!

@RhiRhi1996 I'm going back to the gym next week after 3 months off. I was given the all clear last Friday to exercise! I'm so nervous. I used to lift weights 4 times a week and run a few times too and I've done nothing since finding out I'm pregnant. Think the first week back is going to hurt!

@VVg92 I wore one like this when pregnant with my daughter and also had a heart scan and ECG in the hospital due to heart palpitations. They never mentioned anything about affecting baby and she's sitting next to me rating banana cake now. Sorry for the booby photo 🤦 just wanted to help reassure you x

Bump photo from Sunday, 17+2! Really pooped out. This is after 2 croissants and a coffee but it's definitely there first thing!

I think I'm feeling stronger movement the last couple of days! So lovely especially as I haven't had a face to face 16 week appointment to hear the heartbeat ☹️ such a long wait until the scan mid July!

@Jaaxe Yeah I've tested and I'm negative. Would be shocked if I was positive, seeing as I had it in May! I don't want it back so soon!

@Jaaxe I have put on 2kg (4.4lb) - which I didn’t think was much as my boobs have doubled in size and I’m eating significantly more!

wow you’ve all done well not gaining much weight, I think I’ve put on about a stone….my boobs are defo bigger but everywhere just seems bigger…I’ll weigh tomorrow and assess the damage. I thought having covid might make me eat less but it hasn’t haha

@Jaaxe you might not have put on aa much aa you think...!! Ive only put on 5lbs but the absolute size of my bump and boobs at only 14weeks you would think I was carrying an extra stone 😳😳😳 I literally get on scales every day as swear they must be broken cos despite being a curvy girl ive never carried weight on my stomach.... now I look about 7mths gone 😅🙈😩

My pregnancy pillow has arrived! First night with it tonight, hoping it’s as good as the reviews! My back has started really hurting so hoping this will help.
