Starting a new thread due to last one being full. Such a valuable place to share our journey! Not going to tag anyone in case they don't want to be tagged.

Marching towards or in the beginning of the second trimester!

@Tofu35 I don't feel comfortable on my tummy and am already aware of sleeping on my back even though it doesn't matter for a while, but I don't really sleep on my back anyway. I have my pregnancy pillow from being pregnant last time, I've been sleeping with it the last few nights and it's THE BEST, so comfy 😄 it stops me from rolling when I don't want to and last time it helped when my hips started to hurt 😊 definitely recommend!

@AG96 yes pretty sure I'm feeling prods and flutters 😊 I'm 15 weeks today but pretty sure I've felt them for a little while. I first felt flutters with my daughter at 15 weeks ❤️

@HayleyBean I got something similar but the aches have really calmed down this past week (15 weeks today) and definitely have a bump lol. Probably just growing pains.

I'm one of the annoying ones who feels way better! No sign of sore boobs going away though. Definitely have an obvious bump but it's my second.

I haven't heard from the midwife yet but will be 16 weeks next week so hopefully will have that appointment soon!

I have a private scan booked this afternoon at quarter to four. It is only after seven and anxiety is through the roof. Still bleeding but not as bad as it was and cramps have become manageable. Hope is there but I daren't lean it. I am convinced this is the end but I know rationally I know nothing until the scan says so but I am so scared it is as feared. Don't know what I'll do or how I'll cope if it is what's predicted. 😪

@Phoenixwings1986 nothing I can say to make you feel better but feel free to write down your thoughts on here as much as you want in the wait for the scan, so sorry you're having such a stressful time 😥 we'll all be thinking of you and hoping you're okay!

@Phoenixwings1989 I second what @lovesT has said, use this space to offload if it will help with the anxiety. I have everything crossed for you. 🙏🏼

Im thinking of buying a pregnancy pillow soon, does anyone have any recommendations? I don’t really want to be spending £150 on the bbhugme ones though!

@PinkFizz mine was about £15 and is 5ft! I love it. I got it about 3 years ago though from a website called Precious Little One and can't find it now! There are some good ones out there though that aren't too expensive 😊

@Phoenixwings1989 really hope your scan goes well today! Sorry you are going through this, we’re here if you need to talk, I’m mad the hospital wouldn’t see you at least!

@PinkFizz1 i was also looking at pregnancy pillows last night, I suffered terribly with SPD and sciatica last pregnancy so much so I was on crutches towards the end and having physio, acupuncture and attending hydrotherapy….I still get pelvic pain now….really don’t want to spend the money on a bbhugme but I also think it’ll probably end up worth it for me so I might bite the bullet and do it, need to get my 12 week scan out the way first though. If anyone knows any cheaper but just as good please share though! X

Currently 13+3 with baby number 1. Had my scan earlier this week and now anxiously waiting for blood results.

Anyone got a pregnancy journal? Got one during my ivf journey and it was great to try to keep positive and gather my thoughts.

I’ve just ordered this pillow. It’s coming on Monday so I will let you know how good it is! £30 rather than £150!
Im 15 weeks tomorrow and definitely have a noticeable bump now (first baby). People at work have started commenting so it’s not just me that can see it!
I have my 16 week midwife appointment on Thursday. Will be 15+4 but booked before my dates changed. What is going to happen in this appointment?

@Laughingmole my midwife told me I had to have my 16 week appointment no earlier than 16 weeks on the dot - this is for some tests that need doing but I'm not sure what they were! Maybe worth checking before you go? Xx

I've got an early scan on Wednesday to find out what I'm having - any guesses before I go?! I have no idea on nub/skull theory! I'll only be 15+1 but they do it from 14 weeks.. although I won't believe it until I'm told twice at the 20 week scan haha! xx

@Jaaxe yes my husband wasn't happy either but I guess the rules are rules. I am back at EPU on Monday but really couldn't wait until then for answers as I'd rather know now than later if there is something wrong. Just keeping everything crossed it's okay.

Hi everyone

Haven't been on here for absolute ages. Didn't really want to get hopes up until I was 12 weeks. I'm currently 14 weeks as far as I'm aware but the scan today dated me 16w 1d edd of 25th Nov. Which is not right I don't think since my last period started on the 5th of March, which should put me at 14 weeks, very odd. Mind you I have been feeling flutters for nearly 2 weeks now.

@chardaboo mines not till 21st, I think I the last due on the group! Going off my period I’m due new years eve or New Year’s Day but all being well I’ll be having a csection around 38weeks

@MadamMaltesers thsts weird, u sure it was ur period? Still I guess better to be ahead than behind 🤷‍♀️

@Jaaxe yeah definitely was my period, it wasn't an nhs scan did it privately so might just get another one done somewhere else.

Just came out of the private scan and I am so confused.

They couldn't find anything but didn't confirm a miscarriage, said my bladder wasn't remotely full or anywhere near but I have felt like I needed a wee the whole time. We got a refund.

They have told me to attend the scan on Monday but I honestly feel like giving up now and calling it a day. No matter how many times they'll scan it'll be the same so why bother?

They didn't seem at all concerned about the fact I had been bleeding since Wednesday either.

Was unable to do an internal scan due to post trauma and they couldn't get close enough to see anything that way either.

DH says to ring 111 but I feel that is pointless as they'll just tell me to wait until Monday.
