So ladies I read if placenta is on the right it's likely to be a boy if on the left it's likely to be a girl
I am having a boy and the placenta is on the right how many of you no which side is ur placenta? X

Never heard that one! No idea which side mine is - think it's anterior, midwife thought it was. Got 20w scan on 27th, I think, so we'll see then! Not finding out sex, so you can have a good guess!

Mine is left (partially to front) and it's 💙

Gender scan today and baby would not co-operate 🤣 was laying on their tummy, legs tucked under and then when they flipped around they had their legs tightly crossed ☹️ Re-scan in a week xx

I'm a lot earlier on than most of you, just 5+3 today but I had a blood test this morning and my HCG is rising well. Early scan on Wednesday at 6 weeks!

@Skl2021 baby was being soooo naughty!! Got to wait a whole week… the anxiety continues!! Any tips for getting baby to behave itself? Xx

@aesgriff mine has been naughty at every scan! It's always facing outwards and keeps going upside down. Couldn't get decent shots or measurements 🙈 just luckily managed to get a shot of between it's legs before he moved again but it was hard work! The sonographer just told me to have fizzy pop or something sugary or start jumps to try and get it to move but it didn't help 🤣 same position since 12 weeks 🤦 xx

@aesgriff ahhh so frustrating when you were hoping to know today! Another chance to see baby next week though 😍

I am feeling movement only on one side- are others experiencing same? I think baby likes one side more haha!

@Bridgey8 Yay, so exciting! In my trust there are big signs up saying they won't tell you, so if you want to know you have to go to a private place. Though during my last pregnancy she dropped some pretty massive hints! (Was rather annoyed as I didn't want to know...)

Where have you ladies got maternity clothes from? My bottoms don't fit me anymore but floaty dresses are still allright at the moment

I have some skinny jeans from first pregnancy. The best ones I found were Isabella Oliver - second hand on eBay. They've got a supportive bit below the bump, as well as over the bump bit. Other over the bump ones don't stay up until your bump is huge, so you spend the whole day pulling them up. (Did consider braces last time around...). Haven't found any other I love, so I have two pairs of those and wash as needed.
Super comfy soft leggings towards the end.
I don't work in an office, so didn't need anything too smart.
My mother gave me a bag of clothes from when she was pregnant with me. 1980s chic... Can send pics if you want inspiration...???!!!

@Skl2021 exactly what little baby over here does.. constantly hanging upside down since my dating scan!! Cheeky wotsit. Keeping all fingers crossed for next week 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Xx
