I know this is very early but I wanted to start a thread for those with a January 2023 due date.

I got my BFP 2 days ago and am about 4 weeks pregnant today. I already have a little boy born in November 2020 and I’m super excited for him to get a sibling but I know it’s early days and have had 2 early miscarriages in the past so slightly nervous too!

I was thinking 7/8 weeks for an early scan. I couldn't cope with not seeing a heartbeat. With my MMC I had a good scan at 7 weeks then lost it at 8 weeks, so a scan before 8 weeks isn't very reassuring. It's a long time to wait though...

I've also been thinking about this since time is going soo slowly and I am not sure I will be able to wait several weeks until the NHS scan! On the other hand one never knows and this early it's quite possible to be disappointed 😢

@Hopesandrainbows Great idea, I’m in a FB group for my first baby and it has been so useful during that pregnancy and even now, afterwards.

So I've got a spa day booked with my sister next weekend, I'm going to have to cancel my back massage and not go in the sauna etc - she's going to know instantly..! Going to be the most I've ever paid to just lie down for a day 😂

I might have a bfp, I don’t know (picture attached) came up within mins. I’m on CD15?! And had an egg retrieval 7 days before my period on 15/04 so no eggs to fertilise left behind. I was over stim’d so no hcg or embryo transfer. It’s worth adding I’ve tested + on CD14 before with bloods of 254 to match. My obgyn has immediately put me on progesterone 2x daily. Scan in 3 weeks or so. We’ll see. Hopefully I get a January bean 💖

I feel you! I run an equestrian and everyone will know as my husband has banned my from riding my horse or handling my 7 go’s little sh*te of a pony! And no alcohol.

I'm the same as a few others, have told close family so that I have a bit of a support system if needed after previous losses 💕
Is anyone else not totally sure of their dates? I'd decided not to stress out over period dates etc due to previous MMC and just see what happened but I am now regretting not logging my periods properly as I can't remember my April period at all! I wrote the dates of my period starting 1st March but nothing after that. Clear blue showed 1-2 since conception on weds so that would match with having an April period but I honestly am not sure if I had one 🙈 sounds ridiculous but I'm just so busy with work and toddler I hadn't really thought about it then tested because it felt like a while since last AF.
My dilemma is do I get an early private scan when id be at least 6 weeks to see if they can date the pregnancy but I don't want to get one too early so that I won't see anything and be worried! It's going to be a long 9+ months with all this worry 🤣

Yes! So hungry but when I eat I feel sick. Also just woke up and been greeted with nausea 😅

@MightyMouse101 I don't think back massages are recommended unless it's a specific pregnancy massage, check with your spa directly but mine says they aren't suitable.

@mrsgtobe97 oh no you poor thing! I get indigestion after eating but no nausea yet, last time it started early for me though around 5 weeks. Ginger can help?

@Lifeafterloss22 I've been having cramps and lower back ache. Think it's all normal and is your uterus stretching/little bean getting comfy.

@Sassy144 I've contacted them. I was hoping for a pedicure as well as a back massage - that had to be reasonably safe, right?! There's going to be no avoiding telling my best friend though...

I posted yesterday about worrying after CT scan and my test still showing 1-2 weeks pregnant.
Well ,today I have tested early in the morning and it shows 2-3 weeks so it looks like pregancy is progressing. X
