On holiday at the moment and the nausea is starting to kick in. Felt appalling most of yesterday. Hoping I can make it back to the U.K. vomit free this week! 😂

@CP22 I'm due the 14th Dec with my first. I cannot wait until I can refer myself to maternity services (6 weeks) so I can get the ball rolling and make it all feel more real! Have you had many symptoms?x

Hello! Can I jump on here? Tested positive the other day and I think I'm due about 12th Dec - never had a baby before and I have no idea what I'm doing....advice appreciated as I'm cramping like a period really badly and my first scan (8weeks?) isn't until the 29th 😬

Welcome to all the new ladies!

It's been a scary few days for me, had some spotting so called EPU and they told me to go in, waited nearly 4 hours to be seen! They could only examine me and couldn't offer me a scan so I ended up going back the next day (yesterday) Anyway, the good news is baby appears to be doing ok! Nice strong heartbeat and growing as expected so that's a relief. The curse of multiple miscarriages never let's me relax but the team were so understanding and supportive. I will be going back next week for another scan due to my previous losses and anxiety. I'm 7 weeks today

How are you all feeling. My nausea and sickness are pretty debilitating at the moment 🤢 Got a busy weekend of visitors who I will struggle to hide the nausea from!

Congratulations yeah it definitely feels like a strange time right now just waiting! Yes have had trapped wind, indigestion (which I’ve never had before - Gaviscon is my new best friend) and a very dodgy tum . How about you?

@DogTired22 sorry to see you have had a tough few days but glad to hear all is ok 😊

Feeling worried today. Got another 1-2 in clearblue digital, had 1-2 on Mon too. I am 16dpo today so was hoping for 2-3. Seems to be a mixed bag in terms of when people do see the 2-3 but just can't shake the feeling this is a bad sign!
Also my tests don't seem to really be getting darker. I've been doing clear blue non Digi and some cheapies as can't get FRER in France it seems! So not sure how reaiable the line progression is 😕 just worried this is all going to mean the pregnancy ends soon.
Anyone else had similar? X

Hey ladies, Can I join? Bit apprehensive but got my BFP, my due date would potentially be 24th of December Christmas Eve!

This is baby no.2 for me, conceived on cycle one so I'm in abit of shock ATM 🙈

Congratulations everyone who’s just joined. And @Mommabear20 I’m expecting my 3rd too & definitely already feel like I’m showing! Slightly complicated timing so I’m hoping to keep it quiet for as long as possible but that could be tricky if I totally balloon this early.

@Blendedfamily7 you sound like me as I’m expecting my 3rd & it’s my first with my new partner. We also have a blended family so will be interesting navigating this! His 2 children are teenagers & my 2 are 6 & 8 so this baby will be the 5th in our blended family!

Weird dreams kicked in yet for anyone else? Last night I dreamt I had the baby and had nothing. Like, I had 1 new born sized nappy and that's it

@watchingtheflowersgrow same! The timing really couldn't be worse for us! I know our families will be excited at the thought of a new baby, but they'll also be worried about how we'll cope and there are a few that are very competitive and will have issues with it, and won't believe it was an accident which then causes more drama in the family! 🤦‍♀️

Hi @watchingtheflowersgrow yes that does sound similar! I feel too old to be doing this again, but thrilled. We have four boys at home....16, 13, 10 & 9.....😁 should be fun when the older ones are all teens and this one hits the toddler years 😂

@Sdoubleyou @Noodle87 I was so looking forward to pigging out on Easter eggs this year and having a good excuse. Last year I was trying to be good for my wedding, as due to the pandemic my dress had become snug 😅 oh well baby is obviously sabotaging me and telling me to be good! It had a bit of a liquoricey off taste which was so weird 🤢

I'm being weirdly superstitious about putting my name on the calendar, I'll probably do it after my scan comes back okay.

@cp22 sounds like a great bag, where are you getting the biscuits from? I picked up some from Morrisons recently and they didn't have the crunch or enough ginger for my liking. Let's hear your expert opinion!

Anyone have Badgernet notes from their midwife? I self registered at the hospital we’d want to use and they’ve sent a link to the Badger app. Not sure if it’s for the whole country or just a local thing here - so many questions though!

It can fluctuate in the early weeks. My nausea and sickness didn't really start until I was 6 weeks and now it's taken over!
