Hi @hopefulsunshine11 you’re not alone x
I have no sickness, and I’m not particularly tired either, I told my mum I was pregnant and she couldn’t believe it - all the women in my family get hyperemesis the second they conceive. I feel a bit like having no symptoms means something is wrong with me.
But on the other hand, I have cramps in my tummy and back - it feels like period pains. Tbh I’ve half expected to see blood every time I’ve gone for a wee, it feels just like when I’m about to come on my period. Also, I am very bloated and seem to have unending farts!! 😅 not sure if I can blame that on the baby 🤷🏼♀️
Sorry to hear you’ve had so much pain, I hope you heard back from the midwife quickly with good reassuring news.
Also, before I knew I was pregnant, I woke up in the night with such bad pain in my tum, I was literally writhing around! And the next day, I had what felt like bad kidney pain. I thought it was a UTI at first, but a few weeks later turns out I’m pregnant!
I am continuing to get cramps, but just trying to relax and eat well/drink plenty of water. At least I know I can get pregnant which I was having doubts about.
Best of luck to you x
