@thunderonlyhappenswhenits I hope all goes well Iv bled a few times in my last pregnancy up until 13 weeks then it didn’t happen again and Iv had bleeding twice in this pregnancy so far but my scan showed all was well still. Please don’t worry and I hope it all goes well

thunderonlyhappenswhenits · 05/03/2022 13:30

Thank you, all okay. Been told to expect some more bleeding as I've got an area of blood in my uterus apparently from implantation, but I think they always say that when they don't really know what's causing it !
Measuring 8+5 which I think is right as last Sunday I was measuring 7+6, that's okay isn't it ?

LR89 · 05/03/2022 14:59

I’ve had my 12 week scan date through 😬 24th March! So nervous to see if anything’s actually in there as I still don’t even feel pregnant 😅

Nikki037297 · 05/03/2022 15:31

@thunderonlyhappenswhenits yes that’s great news baby is measuring good and sounds like he/she is thriving! Iv had hematoma before but i never bled it just went away on its own. I’m very pleased all is well for you I bet that’s such a huge relief

Hope42022 · 05/03/2022 20:38

Hi everyone, I’ve been so busy recently and only just catching up with all the new posts. We had our early scan today and was measured a couple of days ahead at 7+6. We heard the heartbeat and saw our odd looking bean. It was such a relief to hear that everything is progressing. They found a cyst on my right ovary but was told it wasn’t anything to worry about (although obviously I googled it like mad after!). I can’t believe how quickly time is passing!

@NorfolkBird aww thank you. Yay 9 weeks! Lol
@grosgirl glad yours went well too! Smile
@Dreams2727 try not to worry, the anxiety really is frustrating I know. I wasnt aware of those statistics, they actually are a real reassurance, so thank you for sharing that, definitely will be referring to that when I'm getting worked up.

Nikki037297 · 06/03/2022 08:55

How is everyone this Sunday morning? My sickness has eased a little and Iv been so hungry

thunderonlyhappenswhenits · 06/03/2022 09:25

Massive relief !! I did ask if it's a hematoma and she said no, basically i might bleed again or it might be reabsorbed. So who knows !
Ahh good, I'm measuring a day behind what I thought but I don't think that's an issue is it ? The nurse said they allow upto two weeks either side which seems quite a big gap really

Nikki037297 · 06/03/2022 09:49

@thunderonlyhappenswhenits yes babies are very small and they grow 1mm per day so if they measure the baby and ever
So slightly don’t quite get it perfect it’s going to know the dates off so don’t worry about it. It’s such a huge relief after blood to see a heart beat

NorfolkBird · 06/03/2022 10:01

I downloaded a app called pregnancy + it's fascinating! I feel alright just hungry every hour it seems I eat little & often. Booking my scan this week as I finally registered with my local surgery. Have got work today bringing a load of food!

Nikki037297 · 06/03/2022 10:21

@NorfolkBird I have that app too I quite like the size part where you can choose fruit animal or sweet and see what size your baby is right now .

Iv had a coleslaw sandwich with ham. Also cheese and a bag of sweet chilli crisps….. all for breakfast lol

NorfolkBird · 06/03/2022 10:27

@Nikki037297 Pretty much what I've eaten this morning a bacon sandwich & ready salted crisps. Still feeling peckish at this rate ill put on 5 stone Grin

I'm with you, I could murder a bacon sandwich right now! You're giving me ideas!

Dreams2727 · 06/03/2022 11:37

So, just in case anyone wants to see, had my 8 week 5 day scan today and it finally looks like a baby! Heartbeat still there, couldn't be happier!

Not sure why they've got the date of an old scan on there but it was this morning Smile

Yes, what it is with the hunger? Why do I feel hungry all the time.

@Dreams2727 awww so happy for you! such lovely news, has put me in a good mood.

Nah I won't worry it's only a day isn't it!
Yes I was so frightened, can't go on like this for 9 months though got to try and get a grip on my anxiety! I developed pretty bad ocd after having my son and still bad with it now so I am a little worried what I'll be like this time around

ploopypleepy · 06/03/2022 12:38

Just had a scan this morning and all seems really good, heart beat of 127, measuring two days ahead at 6 weeks and 5 days. So relieved it's not molar again

So happy for you! Although mine weren't molar, having had 2 losses I can tell you I really feel your nerves! None of the places I've been to have ever told me the heart rate (annoyingly - as I'd love to know)!

I'm sure everything will go swimmingly from now for you

@Dreams2727 @thunderonlyhappenswhenits thank you so much !! How are you both doing ?

jadew88 · 06/03/2022 19:09

@Nikki037297 couldn't believe what I just read - my lunch I've brought to work is a cheese ham and coleslaw wrap, and I've got sweet chilli crisps with me too! 😂

Hi everyone Grin

I'm new here, I'm 9 weeks exactly today so due on 9th Oct. I went for an early reassurance scan when I was 7+4 and found it so comforting as I was really getting in my own head and convincing myself I didn't feel pregnant any more!

Has anyone else been suffering with lower back pain? I'm in agony with it! My job is quite physical (I work in a children's home) so it's constantly bothering me. Has anyone got any good tips to ease the pain?

In an interesting turn of events, my morning sickness appears to have shifted to evening sickness which is just fabulous 🤣 again if anyone has any good remedies they'd be gratefully received!

Looking forward to sharing our experiences over the next few months with you all and seeing everyone's beautiful babies at the end of it! 🥰🥰🥰

Leibee87 · 06/03/2022 23:57

@emmajane90 welcome. We are due date twins.
My morning sickness is always bad in the evening as well and morning haha but it seems to be subsiding a bit these last few days.
