Hi @jadey1991 hope you and your family are having a good easter too. We went away for our few days which went quite smoothly. I've never travelled with a little one before but all went well, was a nice break.
Leola is doing good thank you, enjoying her Ella's kitchen fruit pouches. How's josiah doing? How are you?

jadey1991 · 18/04/2022 15:14

@Curlymam88 lovely to hear you had a good break. Where did you go? Glad your and leola are doing well.
Josiah is doing well thanks. He like his mashed up bananas lol. I'm doing ok. I'm taking every day is it comes

We're about to make the journey to Stanstead to fly to France tomorrow! Finally getting to introduce Dexter to his grandparents and I'm so excited to see my mum and dad who I haven't seen since Jan 2020! Bit nervous about the journey with a 4 month old but sure he'll take it in his stride 🤞 We haven't started weaning yet as was going to wait until we get back from holiday x

Curlymam88 · 18/04/2022 22:26

We went to Newquay in wales, its only 2 hours away so not too far to travel. Glad josiah is doing well, hope you really are ok 🤗 @jadey1991
@burtle4 bet you can't wait, sounds like a lovely trip. Enjoy your family time Smile

burtle4 · 18/04/2022 22:37

@Curlymam88 thank you! 3 hour trip to the hotel and he slept all the way! Now just got to see what the night brings sharing a bed with him and my daughter and my husband and son in the other bed - first trip as a family of 5!

jadey1991 · 18/04/2022 23:13

@Curlymam88 thanks hun. I'm doing ok bun 🤗xx aww that sounds lovely. My sister just came back from wales. She went ryhl( don't think I spelt that right lol
@burtle4 sounds like a lovely trip for your all. Bet your all so happy. More so you as it's your first time with Dexter. And your parents get to meet him.

Hello ladies and babies. Hope your all well.... haven't heard from anyone for a while.

Josiah and myself are doing well. He is now 19 weeks old. He is sitting up on his own. He is trying the crawl.
He hasn't rolled over yet..

Curlymam88 · 30/04/2022 08:57

Hey @jadey1991 im glad ypure both doing well. Leola is 21 weeks now. She is the same as josiah sitting and trying to crawl. She pulls herself up to standing aswell. She's doing well though thank you. She has her third lot of jabs on Tuesday. They were supposed to have been 2 weeks ago but we were away.
Hope everyone else and babies are doing well too

burtle4 · 30/04/2022 09:24

Wow, can't believe how much our babies are growing! Dexter is 20 weeks today, trying to roll, trying to sit but can only do it supported at the moment. Have been giving him a bit of baby porridge twice a day, mainly to see if it will help him sleep a bit better but he's still waking 3 or 4 times a night 🤦‍♀️

2020mission · 30/04/2022 10:49

@jadey1991 well done Josiah doing that already! Matthew can only sit up with help right now. He's not near crawling or anything either he hasn't mastered rolling from back to front or vice versa yet. His neck is strong through. According to my baby book my mum showed me I didn't sit unaided until 9 months 😂 what a lazy thing I must have been!

I've not been posting as MN has been awful and the app was broken for me for days. Had to logout and back in again.

Matthew is doing ok he's become pretty whiney all evening after dinner recently I'm hoping it's a short term 4 month thing 😅 he used to feed and sleep on me in the evenings while I got to enjoy some time in front of the TV but those times are gone.

jadey1991 · 30/04/2022 11:12

Glad all babies are doing well. I had trouble with MN too so your not alone. Same here I can't believe how quick there growing. Josiah has his second lot of jabs next week Wednesday. He should of had them a while ago but they kept rebooking because nurse wasn't in. @Curlymam88 how was your time away?

Decadesbcun · 30/04/2022 23:12

All good here too (well mostly) :) Seth was 4 months old yesterday, he has just started to reach out for anything that he can see and he’s trying to roll from front to back but get frustrated and cries because he can’t do it bless him.

I am still getting niggly pain around my c-section scar which I’m told is normal but it’s very irritating and can be quite sore at times. Hopefully will just get better in time.

@Decadesbcun Seth is looking so adorable. Josiah hasn't started turning yet. He does love standing. Seth looks like he is loving the horse in the back.

I love seeing all the babies. All gorgeous in their own different ways.
@jadey1991 hope you manage to decide where to go, it'll be nice for a break and to have something to look forward to.
Here's Leola sitting up looking at her book of animals. 10 seconds after this photo she fell flat like a starfish. She's so funny 😁

Don't know why it uploaded two. Yes she likes looking at books and if she's awake when my daughter goes to bed she'll come in and listen to the book with us.
Has anyone been up to much? Weather has been pretty nice here in Wales so we've been up the country park by us alot.
