So he's been playing between his jumperoo and playmat for about 2 hours then he just started to smile and have heavy eyes which he literally never normally does. So I thought I'd give it a go. He keeps jumping and waking up but sending himself straight off.

But for us this is progress even if he does 20mins I'll be impressed!

@LouLou0505 my stomach is still numb above my scar, maybe about an inch up. And then still tender above that. Was worrying it shouldn’t be so it’s reassuring to hear that it’s not just me.

Seth also doesn’t sleep well in the day time unless he’s being held. He was in the Moses basket downstairs which he was starting to get used to but then he’s got too big for it so using a travel cot downstairs which he hates. I may try to put him upstairs for naps though and see if it makes a difference.

Everyone’s babies are getting so big! There is so much change all the time isn’t there? One minute they aren’t doing something and the next they are. S has just starting to try and grab things (when he wants to) and chats away to himself all the time. I love seeing him develop even though I also wish he would stay little forever

Jack is taking his matchstick monkey from my hands now which got me emotional because I felt like it was such a grown up thing to do! 😂

Also Seth and Jack have the same outfit 😍 jack grew out of his very quick but it was my fave one!

@LouLou0505 I just tell myself that it was major surgery, it’ll take time to fully heal I guess.
Aw I love the outfit too, it’s suddenly very short on him now. He had loads of clothes that all looked too long and he’s suddenly had loads of growth and now they don’t fit so he’s never worn them! Typical!

@tashx awww Jesse looks so sweet... loving his facial expression... I do hope everything gets back to normal for u hun. Josiah is teething too... he is dribbling a lot. I've also noticed he keeps touching his right ear a lot.

@tashx how is your sleep regression going? Dexter went through about a week of waking up every 2 hours to feed, then it settled a bit and then last night for the first time he woke up about 20 minutes after putting him to bed at 7pm and screamed the house down for about 2 hours every time I tried to settle him back down, he was fine if I took him out of the cot! He then woke 3 hourly after that. I was hoping we were through it but it seems to have come back ☹ developmentally though he's changing every day and is such a gorgeous, happy boy 🥰 He was 4 months yesterday and can't believe how fast he's growing and changing!

Hey! Hope everyone is okay, been lurking but keep forgetting to reply. Having a hard time with little one teething. She's most unsettled. Other than that she's okay.
Still in two minds whether to try her with some purée or porridge at 4 months. She's 14 weeks tomorrow. Would ask the HV but ours has left so I've been told not to expect a visit on teething now.
