Anyone else 5 weeks pregnant?

I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

I noticed pink spotting this morning… a lot of it. Hoping it’s just something normal and will stop soon as it’s making me nervous.

Still feel pregnant (massive boobs, sickness etc)

My last AF was August 24th and due to come on 25th so I'm 2 days late.terrible sickness dizzy yesterday no appetite.had yelloweyish discharge on the 25th thinking it was start of period.isnt it to early for sickness etc yet?

Its such a hard wait. I'm glad that the bleeding has stopped. Long may it continue! I will be keeping everything crossed for you xxx

@Blondiebrownie6 it throws up so many random symptoms! The super sonic sense of smell is one of the unpleasant ones I find! Walking down the cheese aisle 🤢

My EDD is 28th May 🥰

Still spotting this morning seems to be dark brown/red. No cramping just a dull ache now and again, no clots or tissue. Scan at 11:25 not holding my breath but be easier to know either way x

I keep wanting to do pregnancy tests as I don't have any symptoms currently, it's such anxious times isn't it xx

Hi @Hbythesea this will be my first baby but it's my second pregnancy as I had a miscarriage in February at 7 weeks so am terrified of it happening again.

I did another pregnancy test again this morning, I've got quite the collection now 😂 it helps ease my anxiety whilst I don't have many symptoms and symptoms that come and go

The pink spotting has stopped for now (phew!) I know it can be harmless but I think I overdid things yesterday and my body is saying rest. Usual mild twinges and cramps that are normal at this stage (I must be 6 weeks now). And the sickness! It was worse around 4 weeks but I have meds from the GP as had HG first time round.

My boobs are like massive heavy grapefruits! (They were satsuma size before!)

@Snoopy28x oh yes, the sense of smell is strong!! Just picking up on everything, some good, others turn my stomach!

I’m getting waves of sickness on and off throughout the day, I need to eat as soon as I get up and I’m ok for a bit but then I’m feeling it again soon after. It’s weird , not actually been sick but just feel rough, almost hungover? Then Come 4pm I’m constantly yawning and ready for bed!

@MrsRubyMonday congratulations. Have you had any head aches so far? Been down with Flu and headache (malaria was confirmed) - sleepless night and i am worried as my clinic wants me to take anitimalaria Lumether forte.

Hi all just came back from the scan. She said everything seems fine seen the yolk sac and a heartbeat she said nothing seems abnormal and I am measuring a day or 2 behind 6+2 but that's not a concern as it's still so early. And I've been discharged from epu. Nothing could be found for The reason for bleeding but it has stopped now. I am still finding it soooo hard to be positive as I've read so many stories of babies not measuring right. But I did read a heart beat can't be seen until 5 1/2 to 6 so they did explain everyone is different x

That is such a relief! I'm so pleased for you. I know it's difficult but try and rest as much as you can xx

I am 6 + 4. I am shattered today. I find 2pm is my worst time. I feel like I'm trying to drag myself uphill through quick sand lol if I dared to close my eyes I'd be asleep! Luckily DH is picking up DD from school because I've got a poorly little DS, hes been up all night which has added to my exhaustion!

I got alot or cramping early on, I think it's normal. Everything stretching and moving. I have such vivid dreams!! Do you?? X

I'm so sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage. Yes this will be my first pregnancy and baby, I did another test today as I keep thinking no symptoms is a bad sign! Does anyone know when first midwife appointment will be? I registered with my local support the other day and just waiting to hear back xx

My last one was over the phone at about 8 weeks I think.. or maybe 9??? Prepare for sooo many questions!!! X

That’s great @charlotte0808, glad to hear you got some reassurance today :) a few days behind is normal as implantation can happen at slightly different times to what we think. I understand you’ll still be worried though , it’s still a nerve wracking time , all you can do is take each day as it comes xx

@Snoopy28x aw that sounds a lot for you :( glad you have DH to lend a hand, hope your wee one is feeling better soon! I’ve not been too bad today but am ready for an early night lol.

I’m 6+5 today :) Yes I’ve lots of cramping on and off , keep telling myself it’s everything stretching and moving and it’s all normal. Omg the dreams!!! Yes! I wake up every morning like what the hell was that lol! All feels real and very believable (thank god they’re not ha) I Defos have symptoms on and off more so than I did last time, I have an early scan next Monday at EPU so I’m praying everything is ok this time. Do you have any scans booked at all? Xx

@Blondiebrownie6 thank you not sure if anyone could answer this question or if it makes any difference but I done a test on Monday 6th September negative then Wednesday 8th positive. Would that match my dates given? X

First positive ovulation test was Saturday 28th august and last period 14th august x

@charlotte0808 I track all mine on an app and I ovulated on 25th August and I’m 6+5 now so I would say if you ovulated on 28th Aug then the dates you’ve got would actually be spot on if looking at ovulation :) I also got my BFP clearly on 5th sept xx

I am still so crampy. I have to keep checking in not bleeding as it feels like pre AF cramps. Is this normal? This is my first pregnancy so I really don't know what to expect/ what's normal as you read all sorts of stories online.
