Anyone else 5 weeks pregnant?

I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

I Havnt really got a lot of symptoms my boobs are not sore at all anymore I am really bloated that's about it. And it was making me gag to clean the toilet which I've never had a problem with 😂 x

I'm soooo relieved! We've had the private scan today. So worth the money.
This little blueberry is a live embryo, 6 weeks old, well placed in my womb and it even showed us it's little heartbeat!!! Obviously I cried from happiness! What a miracle! ❤️🤞 Hopefully it'll settle in nicely for the long ride! I bet I'm going to sleep better tonight 😴

I'm 6+3 today :)

I think my symptoms are similar to yours, I haven't had any crazy intense ones like morning sickness which had worried me, but my mum told me last night she didn't know she was pregnant with me until 4 months along so maybe limited symptoms run in the family!

I've never suffered with morning sickness with any pregnancies. So hoping this one is the same!!

With my dd I had a super easy pregnancy, horrendous SPD towards the end. Ds I had bad SPD really early on plus I was absolutely huge, measured 2 weeks bigger from quite early on. He was a big boy 10lb 3oz.. which then freaks me out that this one might be bigger lol

I have just found out I am 5 weeks too. I'd been sick and just feel sick, crampy and bloated all day everyday so far. It's not fun.

I started having some pink/brown spotting yesterday went to EPU for a scan and I’m measuring 5 weeks they couldn’t see a heartbeat yet. They saw a small haematoma beside the sac. Very worried as supposed to be 6+5 weeks today according to my dates. Have to go back for a scan next week.
Honestly so upset and anxious I’ve hardly slept

I am new to this site. I have found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant recently! We're been trying for a year so it's very exciting.
I haven't told anybody but would really love to speak to others in similar boats as it's all very overwhelming currently!

@Snoopy28x no it wasn't planned, a complete surprise that I still can't get my head around. I was adamant I wasn't pregnant as I have irregular periods and thought I had a stomach bug

Have you booked your 12 week scan? Also re bras, have you tried the JoJo Maman Bebe ones that expand as your boobs grow

I haven’t even told my GP yet 😳 must call them again. Thing is I get stuck on hold so long I give up. Have an early scan with gynaecologist who did my laparoscopy, think she said 9-10 weeks is best? From what I remember of my first 12 week scan 6 years ago it happened about 14 weeks even though I had a booking in app at 6 weeks, maybe they were busy.

Do we still have to get a booking in app with the midwife or did they scrap those?

Honestly so upset and anxious I’ve hardly slept sad

Hugs! It’s very rare to see a heartbeat at 6.5, when I had my first they didn’t see it until 8 weeks. Also a small haematoma by the sac isn’t uncommon and would explain the spotting. Thinking of you xx

How is everyone feeling this morning?

Feeling rotten today. Been up all night was woken up by cramping kept checking I wasn't bleeding. First scan tomorrow I'm not very optimistic about it which is making me feel worse. I'm 6+1 today

I received a positive test last Monday so believe I am around 5 weeks today.

On the day I found out and the day after, I felt quite nauseous and in the week before that, utterly exhausted. However, as soon as told my other half, which was the day after the test, he started making sure I am eating all the right things and enough of them etc and as a consequence I feel full of energy and have no symptoms aside from a occasional ache in my abdomen.

I know that I should count myself lucky, as currently have a couple of friends who are pregnant and really struggling, but the reality is that I have convinced myself that the lack of symptoms means that somethings has gone wrong 😕. I know logically that in the absence of any bleeding/cramping there is no sign of an issue but logic doesn’t seem to apply much at the moment.. the anxiety is real! Going to get a private early scan on my assume week 7 but that seems ages away. After any reassurance or anyone who has had/ is having a similar experience 🙏🏻 xx

I know exactly what you mean, I'm 5 weeks (going by dates but I think it's fairly accurate), last week I felt exhausted and had cramps all week and this week nothing. Is it normal to not feel pregnant? I've done a test most days just to make sure! xxx

Omg.. just been to get some food for the bbq. I nearly puked down the meat aisle. Took all my powers to grab the first chicken I saw and ran. Then had to marinate it when I got home. feel so green lol xx

@Skye90 hey how are you doing? It's so scary to have spotting of any kind. It could just be it's to early to see the heart beat yet also as they see so teeny at this stage it's also easy to miss judge the dates etc. They usually estimate a rough one. So try not to get disheartened. Rest up keep positive and try and keep busy for the next week until your scan. I have had similar experiences with a previous pregnancy so I know how hard that wait is xxx

Started bleeding tonight not heavy but red when I wipe. I have the scan tomorrow but not expecting good news

Hi ladies, I’m currently 5+3 and feeling the same as some of you!
Last week I had some mild cramping and feeling very tired and this week I don’t feel anything in particular.
I’ve had a stomach bug the past day too so I’m just worrying constantly.
I took a digital test yesterday and it’s tracking exactly right but the worrying is so much! I have a scan booked in just over two weeks and it’s gonna be the worst wait even though I should be feeling so thankful! 🥺

Sorry to hear that @charlotte0808 try to keep positive. You do hear of women bleeding and everything is ok. I’m Glad you have your scan tomorrow so not long to wait now. Look after yourself and keep us posted how you get on

lol @Snoopy28x it’s funny what makes us feel like isn’t it!? I’ve had a few gaggy moments for sure. The thought of my usual alternative meat products are a no no and make me feel sick! No major cravings here yet though but my eating habits have Defos changed this past week or 2 and seem to be changing each day! X

Thanks for checking up on me. Had no further bleeding over the weekend, almost like a very very light brown discharge but it’s hardly noticeable. Morning sickness has kicked in so although it’s not great I’m taking it as a positive sign. Not much I can really do until next week so I don’t feel the need to stress. Will update with scan next Monday x
