Hey,
Anyone else out there due April 2022.
I got my BFP at 10DPO yesterday. I already have a 6 month old daughter and it's my 4th pregnancy 🌈❤️

I actually feel so hungover today (but without the drink) . My heads pounding, I have NO energy, I've napped, feeling a bit peaky and I'm so thirsty. 😢

We arnt getting on so well, chin up everyone. We will get our babies in the end

@Laurenxx94 how are you doing now? Has the spotting stopped it’s so scary! It could just be a SCH or old implantation blood but I understand your worry😢 fingers crossed Everything is ok xx

@FinnsMammy yeah never had anymore was like a smudge on my pants really dark brown and nothing since had a speckle of pink aswell but gone. Quite moderate cramping just need to wait now maybe phone tomorrow , I'm debating wether to go a and e as my pains are quite severe sometimes xx

@Laurenxx94 the good news is it’s only a smudge could of just been old implantation blood working it’s way down were you doing anything like exercising etc when it happened ? sometimes it just need to work it’s way down I had lots of pink and brown spotting with back pain and the baby was fine yes i had a mc but I had red spotting which alerted me to go get a scan that time. Pink and brown spotting is usually not a concern although the cramping if it’s severe might be a concern. I would ring you doctor and see if you can get a HCG test taken as they usually don’t scan before 6 weeks. Fingers and toes crossed for you! Hopefully everything is ok ! Xx

@Laurenxx94 fingers crossed everything is ok. Definitely get checked out if you can. I had brown spotting with both mcs for at least 7-10 days on and off before it turned red. EPU did internal scans and confirmed mcs before I started bleeding red blood, although it was a shock, I knew what was coming x x x

@lindsay2879 that's actually reassuring thanks for your honest and sorry about your losses. May I ask how far you were? I currently am 5 weeks tomorrow and have a scan for 7 weeks I'm thinking of moving it to 6 weeks.
I haven't had anymore it was literally the one time I'm hoping it's still good. My tests r still dark I'm hoping that's a good sign 💛

@Laurenxx94 The first I was almost 7wks but they said it probably happened at around 3-4wks, the 2nd was around 7wks and they think it happened at 5wks x x x

@Laurenxx94 sorry forgot to say for awareness more than anything that my tests were still showing positives only for a week or so after the first, but the 2nd it took several weeks to go back to a negative result.

Just remember a scan at these early stages only show what is happening on that day and anything can happen afterwards - that's basically what the midwife told me at EPU when they offered early scans with any future pregnancy. I decided to wait til 12wks as for some reason I knew that pregnancy was going to be ok and it was x x x

@lindsay2879 thanks for sharing. When did your bleeding start and was it just brown to start with? I haven't had anymore I'm hoping that's a good sign and I still feel pregnant x

@Laurenxx94 that's good hopefully you'll not have any more! Yeah mine was brown spotting both times from around 5/6 wks but it was every day and got heavier turning to red in week 7 x x x

@Laurenxx94 I'm sorry you've had a bit of spotting, really hope you don't have any more and the cramps calm down!

@broodyas yip. I've had to take paracetamol as my headache was unbearable, I was trying so hard not to 😬

Quick update. No more cramps or spotting moves my scan to 6 weeks so a week tomorrow ❤️

@Laurenxx94 no problem, I wish I'd known what I knew now when I was going through mine. I researched so much after my first mc. It's good to share experiences even although it's hard. No 2 pregnancies are ever the same, but at least they're are always others going through the same thing good/bad x x x
