Welcome to everyone 😊

@Dreamer30 I’ve had some cramping too but it must be such a worry after your MC. I have everything crossed for us all ❤️

@Winnie87 thank god it isn’t just me 🙈 The first scan seems ages away! I’m tempted by an early private scan but then said to my husband it’ll still be a few weeks until that so I don’t know. Every morning I get up, have a pee in to a container and test....it’s habit 🙈 from using OPKs and now pregnancy tests, I don’t know what I’ll do when I’m not 🤣
I’m going to no use my last FRER or CB weeks indicator until Friday... I have enough IC to test until then 🤣

lovelly · 30/05/2021 09:48

@Dreamer30

Anyone else have really bad cramp? Trying so hard to not think negatively after a MC last month. I've read it's normal around the time of your period but obviously not sure what's normal
i also have some little on off cramps and if i do some cleaning or cooking i got cream discharge i dont know its normal to have white cream milky discharge.
lovelly · 30/05/2021 09:51

@tierneytarny

Is anyone else addicted to testing? 😂 I’ve tested every day (at least once but mostly 2/3 times) since my squinter on Thursday 🙈 It’s like I’m afraid I’ve made it all up! I did a weeks indicator today and it was there; I’m hoping that’s it and I can just go for a wee in the morning rather than POAS 🙈 though 2 tests remaining! 😂
i wanna do everyday but my husband wasn't allow me he said relax dont take a stress and i don't have any more tests to do can't go to buy.

Hi everyone!

Im 4+3 and due 3rd feb, im feeling very anxious as i had a mc 6 months ago, i had no symptoms with that pregnancy so desperately waiting for them to kick in this time, has anyone else got symptoms yet? the only thing ive noticed is im a lot thirstier than usual, my mouth is constantly dry and im slightly more tired than usual too (although being wide awake at 6:30 every morning ready to start the day)
im so excited for us all! x

Laufey023 · 30/05/2021 11:00

Hello!

I hope you won't mind if I join you. I had a bfp last Sunday and my due date is the 1st of February.
@OliviaGrace15 I have a few symptoms, tiredness, sore boobs, I am also thirsty and I wake up at 6 am every single morning to go to pee Grin Also cramps, mostly mild but yesterday I got scared as I woke up to a bad cramp in the middle of the night.
I already sent the booking form to the midwifes and booked an early scan for the 12th. Fingers crossed everything goes well

tierneytarny · 30/05/2021 11:04

@lovelly oh my DH wants me to stop testing now. I’m just still in shock I think 🙈

I’m thirstier and tired and waking up between 5am and 6am every day. I have had some nausea (but it’s very early for that so not sure if it’s connected).

Laufey023 · 30/05/2021 11:12

Have you already told the good news to anyone? Or do you wait until you reach some kind of milestone, first ultrasound, 12 weeks, 20 weeks, etc.? I already told my parents and my 3 best friends. I know I can count on them if something bad happens and I wanted to share our happiness with them...

I've told one of my friends and one set of parents (waiting to see the other set to tell them in person). Going to wait until the 12 weeks to tell anyone else!
confusedandshocked94 · 30/05/2021 11:25

For our first we only told family at 18 weeks, and then told everyone else when he was born! Haha

This time, I'll probs tell at 12 weeks.

I have absolutely no symptoms, even my sickness has gone. I'm starting to stress out :(

Tabbycat92 · 30/05/2021 11:54

@Laufey023 no not told anyone yet. Last time I didn't tell anyone until the 12weeks scan (though my mum guessed at 10weeks). Will probably try and keep to 12weeks, but it's hard to hide in summer when you have bbqs etc. I'm not feeling quite so precious about keeping it to myself this time too after having a MC lay pregnancy

Thenurch · 30/05/2021 18:26

Hey everyone! A huge congratulations to you all with your wonderful news!

I’ve tested 4 times and each test was positive and will be 5 weeks tomorrow (according to the NHS calculator) - so we are due on the 1st February 2022!

It’s so nice that everyone is due at the same time ❤️

Trinacham · 30/05/2021 19:15

Got my BFP on Monday. My period started 30th April so I believe I'll be due 3rd Feb (though no doubt be later since it's my first). 4 weeks, 3 days today.
Nice to have a thread where we can all share the journey! Smile

Rmw99 · 30/05/2021 20:21

Hey everyone, congratulations 🎉! Got my bfp on Thursday been testing every day since. I'm supposedly due my AF on Tuesday feeling so nervous about it as been getting cramps and other weird pains. Midwife has given me a estimated date of the 7th of Feb but going to book in for a early scan xx

emalady · 30/05/2021 21:25

@tierneytarny I'm glad it's not just me! My DD also seem to be feeding more. I'm not sure how to mange it moving forward but it's a nice problem to have.

emalady · 30/05/2021 21:27

Oh yey! I should have read down. I still end up cosleeping most nights so I'm hoping reduced milk supply and space will sort it out for me 🤞 that it's not too much of an issue. Would you tandem feed?

We have told both sets of parents and one set of friends so far. Will probably have to tell a few people soon. Quite a few people knew we were having treatment so will probably ask about outcome at some point. Hoping for a viability scan first.
tierneytarny · 30/05/2021 21:42

@emalady not a bad problem at all. I always said I would stop if I fell pregnant but while DC1 wants to feed I will.

I’m so tired today 🙈

Winnie87 · 30/05/2021 21:47

I'm trying to stop the nighttime feed and odd one during the night but I do co sleep as well. It was easiest option from her being a newborn she never been a great sleeper. So dropping feed and her starting to do some time in her own bed is a step forward I see it that way.. Time will tell how it goes 😂

What are the age gaps between your children? There will be a 16 month age gap between DS and this one xx

Tabbycat92 · 30/05/2021 22:47

@confusedandshocked94 the gap between this baby and DS will be almost 4 years 😊

no i didn't even told my parents wait for blood work after that i will only tell my parents and after few months i will tell everyone
emalady · 31/05/2021 06:14

@confusedandshocked94 the gap will be pretty much exactly 3 years for us. DD was due 4th Feb and this one should be 5th 😅

Tabbycat92 · 31/05/2021 07:14

Anyone else here a serial poas-er? 😂 I can't stop. After my last MC I'm convinced every day the same thing is happening, but the reassurance that comes every morning from testing is perfect. I take a photo on my phone and look at it whenever I'm anxious. Today's are the darkest I've ever had! Even darker lines than I had with ds! Plus a 2-3weeks on a CB digital 🥰
