Does anyone know where I can get a cheap maternity rain coat?

@2020mission I had a couple of really bad migraines and they would make me sick each time too.

@Justanothercyster no ideas on the raincoat but you can buy a panel you zip i to your own coat to make it maternity if you have a decent one you want to adapt.

@lucyrp I love those cloud shelves and hooks-so cute. I'm guessing that's your hospital bag packed too on the change mat-I really must do mine, another job for when I finish work😬

Schools break up Friday here, my last working day is Wednesday as I'm part time so I'm literally on a 2 day countdown 🎉 also means providing nothing happens between now and Wednesday I won't start my official mat leave until due date/baby is born 🤞🏻🤞🏻 plus OH is isolating until Thursday so it would be really inconvenient if bubba decided to come this week 😂 37weeks tomorrow woo hoo.

@Clairey844 Noo don't worry it's not packed, that's actually the baby changing bag and I started looking through what I wanted to take with me but there's nothing in there yet 😂 I have a week off next week and going shopping for some last bits for my own hospital bag then I'll probably start packing it 🙈xx

28 weeks today so hello third trimester! Had my midwife appointment too and I'm measuring a week behind my due date... Which they brought forward by a week at the first scan... 🤔 Going to have to mentally prepare myself for a "late" baby aren't I!

@2020mission aww I felt the same haha. I was 16 weeks when we could both notice it properly. Yes it is a pregnancy pillow :) I'm a natural back sleeper so it's kept me on my side nicely so as not it hurt baby

@Kate105 yay! I suppose just keep yourself prepared for any eventuality, hopefully baby won't be too "late"!

@Clairey844 ah yes! I've just seen some macs on New Look for cheap but I'm going to see if my Nan has any of her old ones (bit bigger than me 🙄) as we're visiting her this weekend :)

30 week bump update from me!

My 34 week bump update 😳

@Justanothercyster I wake up on my back sometimes but definitely tend to sleep more on my sides so hoping I can get by without one. I would get one later in the pregnancy but my husband saw one and said "that's far too big for the bed" 😅 I think he sees it as a barrier and won't be able to get near me. It was one of the big ones he saw.

@lucyrp ohh only 4 weeks away!

@2020mission I definitely couldn't have a pregnancy pillow as our house is so hot and I'm not the kind of person to sleep seperately to OH🤣🙈 hopefully they'll come soon but not too soon!

@lucyrp eeeeeeee so excited for you!!! I'm seeing midwife for my 31 week appt next week and Im keen to know my measurements as I'm sure I've grown exponentially 🤣

@Kirky658 I don't know if I've updated on here but had mt 34 week appointment yesterdag morning but I had to see a different midwife as mine had been out on call all night. Everything fine until she measured me and id jumped from 32cm at 31 weeks to 37cm at 34 so she had to send me for a growth scan immediately. Baby measuring at 5lbs 9oz😳 although I do know to take those with a pinch of salt, my fluid was also 4.5cm which is apparently fine as it should be between 2-8cm

@lucyrp wow that is a jump, bub having a growth spurt clearly 😍 glad all looks good though.

@2020mission I don't have a pregnancy pillow but I have a V pillow I sleep with which does the trick but doesn't take up the whole bed!

Hi everyone, just a quick update from me. Went for an early scan today. Should be 8 weeks by LMP (but by temps probably 7w6d). Happy little bean with heartbeat measuring 8w3d! Given that dd was 11lb1oz born at 38 weeks by section, I might have another chunker on my hands! So relieved, booking in on Monday then waiting for my 12w scan!

Great to hear that @Haiyaa! I went into my first scan at 12 weeks guessing I was 12+1 going by my BBT/OPK tracking but turned out to be a day behind at exactly 12 weeks. I was only a day off so it wasn't too bad 😅

Thanks @Justanothercyster I've saved that in amazon now for the coming months and will go for it if sleeping becomes an issue 👍 it does look useful in other ways too. @Kate105 is yours similar then?
