I'm due 7th June with my first baby 💛💛💛

I sit on my ball at least 3 hours a day as I use it for my work / office chair! One of the perks of working from home!

@BlondePotter oh mine is exactly the same! After our scare at weekend I swore I would never curse another movement! But it literally feels like she's trying to break out! I keep getting like a sharp shooting pain inside where I imagine cervix is too! It literally makes me go ooooooooof 😂😂

@AnxiousAnnie86 yes the 'oooof' is me this evening too 😆 just takes you by surprise doesn't it!
@maloney123 I should do the same whilst working from home

@BlondePotter it feels like he's trying to kick his way out the side of my belly most days. And he pushes his butt right out!!

Has anyone started expressing yet? I started tonight at 36 weeks. Got 0.45ml. So proud over ao little. Not sure how much is normal!

@Fishingforhappiness I’ve tried but got absolutely nothing and I’m 37 + 2. Not sure how worried I should be at this stage

@maloney123 I did some more reading on the la lache pages. It has no reflection on your ability to Breast feed post birth. Apparently some days you may get some and some days you may not, I just had a nice warm bath which apparently can help?! Just depends on hormone levels... 8 feel like an emotional wreck this week maybe it has some benefits

@Fishingforhappiness @maloney123 I've had nothing at all yet, not one bit of a leaky boob, I'll be 36 weeks on Tuesday and it's been a worry as well as I really want to breastfeed 🤞

How are you all expressing? With a pump? I feel so far behind everyone 😂 c section not planned till 18th June xx

@TerryRose I wouldn’t worry at all, I didn’t have leaking breasts in 1st preg and didn’t express anything either. I fed her straight after birth, and the milk came fine after a few days, I don’t think expressing or leaking breasts are any indication of supply :) I also don’t have leaking breasts with this preg x

I agree with @AIRRRR I didn’t express or have any leakage with my son and fed him straight from birth until he was 1 and this time I’ve had nothing either.

@Humpty11 Yes, exactly! I had a very wet bed every night by day 3, had to sleep on towels 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@AIRRRR and me 🤣. My boobs leaked for months once the milk came in, I’ve stocked up on breast pads this time!!

@Humpty11 Yes I think it’ll save on all the towels, bedding and PJ’s tops 🤣🤣🤣 I literally woke up wet through every time i slept. I think you’re right, breast pads, thing is, I don’t wear bra’s ever, pregnant or not, so not sure how to hold them there, tape?

I had my 34 week app today and a different MW measured me and said she’s dropped from 97th to 50th percentile, happened with 1st too, same situation.

Has this happened to anyone else? :)

@AlRRRR my midwife explained to me that all midwives measure slightly differently, from where they measure too and from, she's measuring me at 95th but my scan puts me at tenth percentile. I asked why I'm so high when she's measuring, she just said she knows that's normal for her, she said another midwife would probably put me at 50th. MW explained that's why they like to keep you with same ones so they can measure the curve the same x

@AnxiousAnnie86 yes 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So funny, we measure things waaaay too much, she said I don’t have to go but since I want to birth there, she’d be happier if I just went for one, so I’ll go ☺️☺️☺️

@AIRRRR ohh I don’t know, maybe there are some that attached to the inside of a top instead. I’m sure a little google search would give you the answer. If not then would you wear one of those bandeau ones that you could pop one inside? Hopefully you won’t have any leakage!

Or the vest tops that have that built in support? X

Is anyone else finding that they’re feeling less movement wise as the weeks go on? I know you’re not meant to but I’ve been in loads for reduced movements and extra scans and wee one is fine, I’m just not feeling her much. The past couple of days have been so quiet, just a few wee shuffles here and there instead of big rolls. Wonder if there’s less room to wriggle about now! I’m 36+1.

@swiftt I know what you mean , I think it's just the movements aren't as strong maybe the whole time but as long as you are still feeling movements that is the main thing , some days the movements are very gentle but I find it's actually strong at night and only notice because I've to get up to pee 🤣 but keep an eye on it and maybe say to your midwife as they say there shouldn't be a reduction in the number of movements but I know depends on what you are at that day, if you are up and busy you might not spot them

I just need to put it out there that I'm 34+4 and I am utterly miserable today, just so uncomfortable and the heartburn, I can't eat more than kiddie size portion foods since yesterday without belching all effin day and into the night, when I go toilet in the middle of the night yesterday I have to burp up dinner (several times, DISGUSTING!!!)

@Nesski I’m exact dates as you and yep !!! The indigestion is real, I can’t touch a single piece of sugar and trying to lay down to sleep at night, now takes me till 2 am....

I saw MW today and she said baby was low low, whatever that means, and constant pressure and stabs into the cervix alongside period pains (2nd baby)
