@HalGem99 umm what didn't I buy 🙈 I may have gone a little overboard!!

Just had my midwife appointment and got to hear the heartbeat and hear the little one moving around!! Although they found something in my urine so it's been sent to the lab for testing. Midwife thinks I have a UTI and also said I may not be eating and drinking enough! I thought I was so need to be more mindful of that moving forward I guess!! Xx

@HalGem99 glad you got to hear the heartbeat yesterday! Annoying about the UTI! Hope it clears up soon! X

@HalGem99 aww so pleased you heard the heartbeat. I remember how lovely and reassuring that was.

I'm fine thank you @Daffodil21. Same old! Desperate to know whether the baby has gone yet or not. My boobs are still sore, I'm still knackered and still mildly nauseous but I know that doesn't mean a thing - All that carried on with my previous mmc.

I am stupidly finding myself more and more hoping for a miracle. I wish that I wasn't because it's going to make it so much harder when they tell me it's gone but I can't seem to help it. This would have been so much easier if it had just happened shortly after I first knew it was going to go wrong!

@treesall what an absolute nightmare for you! When is your next scan?

Hi everyone hope it's ok if I join! I'm currently 6+1 following a mc last year & a ruptured ectopic in 2017. I'm 37 & have been trying for 10 years so I'm hoping this is third time lucky!

I've got my first telephone appointment with the midwife in a couple of weeks & I'm wondering if I should ask for an early scan or just book privately.

@JackJack84 welcome! And sorry to hear of your losses. I would absolutely ask for an early reassurance scan. If they say no then at least private is an option

Sadly I've lost all pregnancy symptoms in the last 2 days so I know in my gut that it's over. That's probably a good thing because I was starting to get a bit hopeful and it would have been horrible at the scan. At least I'm fully prepared again now.

@Daffodil21 thank you I'm going to try & contact my gp & see if there's a chance I can get a scan.

@treesall thank you for your wishes, I've just read through the whole thread & my heart goes out to you. I remember last year when all my symptoms went & I just knew. People were so kind & tried to give me hope which was lovely but in my heart I knew the inevitable had happened. Sending you love & I'll keep you in my thoughts x

Hi, I’d love to join too please. I had a MMC at 13 weeks last October and I’m currently 8+4ish. I’m 35 and don’t have any other children. I’ve got a private scan tomorrow and I’m really nervous but it will be good to know whether things are progressing or not.

It’s so great to see some of you hitting the 20 week milestone, really hope to get there too.

@treesall I hope you get some answers. I know the agony of being in limbo and not knowing which way it’s going to go.

@JackJack84 I would have thought that particularly with an ectopic, they would, surely?!

My scan confirmed a mc this mornjng, so that makes 4. Sigh! Waiting for a call to confirm when they can do an MVA x

Thanks for asking! It went well, was measuring a couple of days ahead and saw a heartbeat and tiny legs kicking. Hopefully things stay healthy for our 12 weeks scan in 3 weeks time.

Amazing!!! So happy for you!! Always good to be measuring a head as well! What symptoms have you got? Are you on any medication? Xx

I’m not on any medication. I’ve got constant nausea all day long but I’ve only been sick twice so it could be a lot worse. I’m hoping it will ease off in a few weeks time.

@Jaymar I had 24 hour nausea it's actually worse than being sick because you just can't get a break! I feel for you! Mines now been replaced with severe acid in my throat and heartburn! My fatigue still has stopped! But all worth it! Xx
