4 weeks today

I don't dare say it out loud yet or celebrate or get excited or anything but I'm 4 weeks pregnant today.

Anyone else out there just had a positive test result and want to keep me company?

It is! Its going to be a long 8 weeks

Looks like a few of us are having light car,ps which puts my mind at ease. EPU said it's normal so couldn't see me this week. thought I'd ring just to make sure and if I got seen then bonus. but also good they didn't feel the need to!

Still get dizziness.. boobs still bigger than normal but not sore. No sickness at all. Was really worried today about the cramps, they are exactly the same as other days but felt wet a few times (Lol tmi) and panicked running to the loo.. but all seems ok. Wonder when the worry will stop.. need to trust that it's going to be fine this time 🤞🏼

I'm really tempted to book an early scan 6th week (3 local places say from 6 weeks for internal scans), likely 6+6 as that's DH birthday. His idea.. I just hope it's all okay and we have a great day! I asked the clinic and they seemed confident that if dates are right that 6 weeks would see with an internal scan. I know it won't look much on screen but there isn't too much diff between scans I've looked at online for 6/7/8 weeks really.. seems to be a big change around 10-12 but I'd have the NHS one..

Will your hospital let him at the scans then @1boo1 hoping our hospital changes their policy on only me being able to go, before we have to have one.

The nausea this morning is pretty bad. I hope this is the worst of it but I know it won't be. Anyone else super nauseous?

At the moment no one can come with you which makes me sad as want him to see everything that I do. If it ends up being he can't (hopefully rules change before 12 weeks!) then we will book another private so he can come. Can't really afford to be doing it but I think it's really important so will be worth it!

Sorry you've felt so sick! I'm glad I haven't been yet.. I'm the worst when I'm sick so fingers crossed. Bet I jynx myself now!!

Argh my symptoms have gone again today! My boobs aren't sore at all 😢

@sneakpeek1414 neither are mines! It's just my nipples that are tender and sensitive.

@Fawn68 were yours sore previously? Mine were really sore yesterday and not today 😩

I've done a test this morning (I know I shouldn't!) and it is still dark but I know that's doesn't really mean a lot!

Jeez these next few weeks are going to drag!

@sneakpeek1414 no they haven't been, but I never ever seem to get sore boobs. I haven't tested I'm just going to take each day as it comes until my scan and hope for the best.

Is it ok to join ? I was 4 weeks yesterday and found out a few days ago. First pregnancy and very nervous. Serial tester currently but think I need to calm down 😅. I stupidly read into the chance of miscarriage and it has freaked me out but going to stop reading things and focus on each day as it comes . x

I thought I am pregnant but my period just came this morning:( it was brown to start with and very different with big brown clogs ( sorry for details!) now it went to more red colour but still lighter than usual, also a little early I think ( hard to say as its never on time or the same) am just so upset, have I gone mad these last two weeks with symptoms?! :(( cramps, sore breast,bubbly like feeing and sometimes pain on the left side, white cheese-like discharge nearly daily and very moody.. was I just too dreamy? Feel so dissapointed.. still feel period is weird cramps are different and lighter than usual, bubly like feeling still there.. anybody went through similar thing? Test at gp was negative this morning..

How is everyone doing?

My period only lasted two days, it stopped since last night.. confusing:(

@sneakpeek1414 I honestly wouldn't worry, my boobs haven't hurt at all and I am 5+4. Only sensitive nipples!

@Fawn68 I did friday morning exactly when period came and it was negative. Also gp tested friday pl and also negative.. now no period and weird bubbles and cramps are back..

@Andrushy I'm not sure maybe leave it another day and test again, if it's still negative maybe you're just having an odd cycle!

I'm stressing about going back to work tomorrow after being off for half term. Other than that just the usual tired and sore boobs!

I'm 5 weeks today 😊 no real changes in symptoms, boobs still larger but not sore or sensitive, lots of wind 🤣, light cramps every now and again, still a bit nervous every time I go to the loo!

Got my 2-3 week CB on Monday so don't know if to do my last test to see if it says 3+ weeks tomorrow or leave it a few days as know they can take a while to jump to that. I'm so impatient!!!

@1boo1 I'm still the same too constantly checking at the toilet, I'm exhausted, sensitive nipples, still cramps here too but I think that's the progesterone, was feeling pretty nauseous most of yesterday but it's passed today!

I have a scan on 3rd March but that's because of previous miscarriages! And only my mum and Hubby know. How about you?

@Fawn68 oh yes and very tired! And if I wake up in the night cannot get back to sleep so that's driving me a little mad as I love my sleep! No sickness for me, glad yours has subsided today 😊

I'm not sure I'll be able to get at early one on the NHS even though 1 precious loss last month. I rang EPU and she said we don't unless bleeding or severe pain but might just be the particular lady I spoke to on the day. Think we're booking a private one for either 3rd or 6th March which would be 6+3 or 6+6 so quite excited for that 😊 dying to tell my mum but going to try and wait until the early scan first x

Our scan is on Saturday which will be 6+6. They only open for scans on Saturday mornings so have to wait until then. Time is going so slowly!

Not telling anyone including family for as long as we can get away with. After 2 IVF pregnancies where everyone knew everything from the very start, we're happy to keep this to ourselves until we're much further along and things are more certain.

Don't much much in the way of symptoms! Slight nausea, tiredness, bloating but nothing too bad.
