4 weeks today

I don't dare say it out loud yet or celebrate or get excited or anything but I'm 4 weeks pregnant today.

Anyone else out there just had a positive test result and want to keep me company?

They put me forward a day so I'm now due 23rd October, when I had a private scan at 8 weeks they had me down as 22nd so 🤷🏼‍♀️

@sneakpeek1414 so strange isn't it! we might still have the same due date then.. Our private 9 week scan put us forward a day to the 23rd. Will let you know next week after the NHS one 🤭 x

@sneakpeek1414 had my scan this morning at 12+5.. They put us forward by 4 days to 13+2. So our new due date is 20th October!

Really enjoyed the scan, baby was active, gave a spin around and kicking about 😍 was nice that it was so thorough was in there quite some time. My bladder was totally empty though even though I'd drank loads so luckily they still managed to get a good image!

They dont offer for you to hear baby heartbeat at this scan at our hospital, was a bit disappointed but will hear at our next private one 😊

I've had my private gender scan now, we're having a girl!

Still being sick every morning, sometimes it stops for a couple days but it's always comes back with a vengeance!

How is everyone else feeling?

Hi all. I've noticed that this thread has gone rather quiet and just wanted to say something if you don't mind.
Sadly I was part of this thread for all the reasons that everyone else was but I miscarried and only found out at my scan. I just wanted to say to anyone who has gone quiet in this group for maybe that reason that please don't feel you're alone or that something is wrong with you. I've realised that the M word is such a taboo subject that no one wants to talk about it but I just want to reach out and say that if it has happened to you, don't feel alone and that there are people like us.
For all who are still expecting in October, I'm so happy for you all and wish you all the best of luck and happiness. And I really mean that!!
If anyone ever wants to reach out and talk, I'm no expert but am always here.

Thought I'd see how you are all getting on? We're 20 weeks today, halfway 😬 20 week scan is on Monday, so excited to see how baby has grown!

@1boo1 our 20w scan is on Monday too! Exited but I always get a bit of fear beforehand as to whether everything is ok! How are you getting on? I still feel slightly sick but it is supposed to worse with a girl so 🤷🏼‍♀️

@1boo1 I'm 20 weeks today too, our dates must be the same Had my 20 week scan yesterday and all is perfectly ok so far! Though I have an anterior low placenta and baby is breech at the minute, but placenta isn't touching the cervix and fingers crossed it moves up. Good luck for your scan!
