I am starting this thread a bit early. I tested yesterday at 9dpo and got a faint positive, which was much darker today. My due date would be the 29 September, but this is my second child and my first was super late, so am assuming this will really be an October baby.

Aw congratulations to you too ❤️ No symptoms at all for me. It’s so strange to be excited when I don’t feel any different to last week. The giveaway for me was that I usually have spotting 2 days before my period but this time I didn’t! I held out testing until my period was due and it was positive but literally have no symptoms whatsoever I kind of want to feel something to make it feel more real xx

Insomnia is bad not slept well for most this week, maybe thought excitement or nervous instead of pregnancy insomnia? Been cramping lots, but it's very centre, where as period pain is across my abdomen so slight different there.

I'm on knicker watch though, quite anxious.

@Sauerkrauted @babybumpfor2021 also on knicker watch over here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m doing good really but I think that’s because i don’t have any symptoms yet. I’m just in a bubble of excitement, nervousness and worry all mixed together but I’m just taking it all in and taking it one day at a time 🥰 fingers crossed these beans stick for us.

I’m glad I have you both at the same point as me as there’s such a massive difference between the weeks especially in the early stages! So we’re the mid-October gang 😂 xx

@BAR2 how did you get on today?

@penguin7 Hi, not much to see as expected - they think I’m only about 5+2 or 3 so could see the gestational sac but not much else. Have had my bloods checked for hcg levels today and will again on Sunday and if they’re going in the right direction I’ll have another scan next week.
There was a small bleed next to the gestational sack, but not attached, they said it was very common and nothing to worry about. Still red/brown when I wipe so hard not to worry it’s going to turn into something more.
Keeping everything crossed for Sunday and will go from there. Thank you for asking xx

May I join the group please? Got my BFP today. I couldn't believe it so did another 5 tests...all positive! I am so excited but also scared to let myself be excited!

Congratulations! I was the same I think I did 6 test on the first day I found out! Hahaha my OH still didn't believe it! Xx

Will hopefully be confirmed either a October or September baby on Monday.

I calculated that I'm just 6 weeks today, but hcg test I had yesterday was almost at 30k so midwife said it may be 7 weeks however she did say it's to hard to go by HCG as it's such a wide range

My early scan is on Monday with NHS and typically I booked a private for Tuesday (before I was told to have an early from NHS)

Fingers crossed everything is ok this time 🥰🥰

Congrats to everyone. I have had strong positive tests the past few days. Potentially due 20th October.

Unfortunately I had a chemical in April 2020 and a miscarriage in August last year at 9 weeks, so this is technically my 3rd attempt (no other kids)

I was in a facebook group last time which was really supportive and i have made a new best friend from the group despite me having to leave.

I look forward to speaking to you all perhaps in the FB group? @PumpkinEverything

@MrsBlue1986 hi and congratulations! I’m similar to you - technically my third pregnancy. First one was in September last year but I mc at 9 weeks, and second one was a very early mc in November. Hoping for third time lucky eh 🍀
