How is everyone doing this morning? :)

Morning, I'm strangely anxious for no reasons really.

Got my midwife full chat this afternoon, gonna ask about early scan and if no, book a private one. 7 wk + 1 today

Morning! Anxious too! Thought I wouldn’t feel anxious baring in mind it’s #2 but full of worry. Had bad stomach pain last night.. 99% sure it was trapped wind but still can’t help but worry, ugh

Can I ask how has everyone worked out how many weeks + days they are? I found out I was pregnant 7dpo but the line was so strong I think I must of ovulated early for me to have such a strong line so early so I’m so confused.. my period isn’t due until tomorrow and I’ve already known for over a week

I don't think we ever stop worrying lol. Strangely I haven't been too bad considering this is pregnancy straight after miscarriage. I just think I have to take every day as it comes

@bumptobean it is calculated from your last period date :) for example mine was 6th December and I'm 5 weeks 5 days along

just rang and booked a private scan for when will be just under 8 weeks - just keeping my fingers crossed we get that far!

I'm waiting on epu letting me know are they taking me for early scan and if not I'll book one for 7/8 weeks

My girl is 9 ,little boy is 4 😇

About 6.5 wks now. Hope u can get sorted with epu....is everything OK? Id rung ours on Sunday but got some reassurance and they were so nice and didn't make me feel daft for ringing!
I've tried to wait to book until should defo see something and then if they don't I know its not good news rather than going too early and finding jt all a bit inconclusive. Feeling more prepared to handle the news this time round but hoping it will be good!!!

Joining this group. Got my BFP this morning so shocked as wasn't expecting it at all. This my 1st pregnancy and quite anxious yet excited. Please may we all get to September safe and sound 🤞🏼❤️

Ahh I thought so! Just strange I got such a strong line so early! Think I’m further ahead than it’s calculating my dating scan will be interesting but sooooo far away!!

Hi all I've just joined!
I got my BFP yesterday, much to my shock. I'm feeling so anxious and hardly slept at all last night. Still in disbelief. I think I am 4+4 and the long wait til my scan is driving me crazy! Desperate to tell someone but still feel it's far too early!

Has anyone had to refer themselves because of what’s going on and not the normal GP visit? How long did it take for them to contact you.. and how many weeks were you? Was it by email or phone? Just wondering when I should expect to hear back - thank you x

@bumptobean I phoned my GP this morning who told me I had to self refer and gave me the number of the midwife. The midwife told me to phone back in around 2 weeks as that's when I will be 6 weeks.

Ahh, my GP just gave me the website for self refer and that was that!

@bumptobean I had to self refer using my local hospitals webpage in the maternity section. I did this on Monday and received a call from the local maternity team on Wednesday. They have booked me in for an 8 week consultation :) x

I referred at 4 weeks, I'm now 7+4 and haven't heard a word! Going to try calling again next week

Hi everyone, I found out on Friday that I'm pregnant so I'm now 4w5d. I had a mc in May that turned out to be a blighted ovum, and I'm really worried that the same thing is happening again.

I had really sore boobs over the weekend and was starting to feel nauseous, but now boobs are only a tiny bit sore if I press them, and I don't really feel sick anymore either. My resting heart rate has also plateaued, which is exactly what happened last time.

My doctor has arranged for betaHCG blood tests (had the first one today and follow up on Tuesday), and I’ve booked a private scan for tomorrow as the EPU wouldn't see me until 8 weeks.

I can't shake the feeling that this is just going to be a repeat of my last mc :(

@bumptobean I’m the same as you with the earlier ovulation, according to LMP I’m 4+6 but if I go with ovulation date from Ovia app then I got a mega strong BFP 10DPO lol

@bumptobean I self referred online and had a phone call from the midwife 10 days later. I posted about it in detail here yesterday. I've been booked in for my booking appointment in person for when I will be 7 weeks

Have seen a tiny heartbeat 💓
