Morning @sophia0 👋🏻 hope you're ok?
I'm not too bad. Just still very early days!

Hiya, I've had a small amount of spotting this morning. No pains or anything so just going to keep an eye on it :(

SAHX · 20/12/2020 11:01

@sophia0 I’m sure it’s nothing. Do a line test again and make sure the line isn’t fading.
Spotting is super common though xx

NikkiD88 · 20/12/2020 12:31

Congrats all! I've just found out we're expecting baby number 3, but of a shock as I was on the pill but sometimes these things are meant to be. I have a 3 years old and 1 year old so it's going to be fun 😂

Slightly concerned though, these were my tests, but this morning my line isn't quite as dark as yesterday so freaking out slightly. Is this normal?

@NikkiD88 oh wow!! And here's me scared of having another when my daughter is currently 16 months old, will be 2/nearly 2 when baby is due!

SAHX · 20/12/2020 14:37

@NikkiD88 congratulations 🥳

Did you take them at the same time? Xx
I wouldn’t worry to much I personally would just test for a couple more days xx

My 13dpo and 17dpo were similar 17 was a bit darker but I was expecting darker so just going to do a couple more tests and hopfully a blood test at the doctors.

Any symptoms? Xxx

NikkiD88 · 20/12/2020 15:11

Yes we're very shocked but I'm a big believer in everything happens for a reason. My first daughter has literally just turned three and my baby is 1 on Wednesday so itll be 3 under 3! Not quite sure how I'm going to manage that yet 😂

All my tests were done first wee of the morning so I really hope it was just a lack of dye in the test...? Maybe?!

I've had a bit of a sore boob and slight nausea but nothing major. I had period cramps around the time I got my first positive but they settled down after a few days. I have 1 test left in the house, but it's one of those really cheap dip stick ones so not sure what their sensitivities are like. I'm sure I'll do it just to see.

Can I join?!
Got my first ever BFP this morning after 5 months TTC. Due date estimated for 30th August! Very excited!

@mommyofone2019 so sorry only just saw your latest post! Congratulations!! So happy for you. Depends if I work out due date from last period or conception date but works out end of August, first days in September either way Smile how are you feeling xx

Hi, thanks so much. Feeling ok in general just absolutely shattered. Had a little tenderness in one breast and very slight nausea but other than that nothing major. Still trying to peel myself off the ceiling about it all, but so so happy it's happened.
BananaHammock23 · 20/12/2020 19:53

Hi all! I got my BFP a few weeks ago after a few failed rounds of IUI and our first round of IVF. I still can't quite believe it. I'm due 13th August.

So good to hear not everyone has got symptoms! I've been so worried bc I haven't really got anything apart from sore boobs (which I've had stabbing pains today!). I had some cramping the first few weeks. I feel a bit sick sometimes, like a mild hangover, but nothing major.

Congrats on all your BFPs!!

mommyofone2019 · 20/12/2020 20:05

@ame88 congratulations 🥳 lots of august babies ❤️

mommyofone2019 · 20/12/2020 20:08

@BananaHammock23 ah congratulations! Have you been in contact with your drs yet? I know I need to call them but was trying to wait a bit longer 🙈

Has anyone got the ball rolling yet and called their drs to get booked in?

OP posts:
BananaHammock23 · 20/12/2020 20:37

@mommyofone2019 no I haven't called the drs yet. We had IVF privately so we get a scan at 8 weeks (5th Jan, can't wait!). I think after that I'll make my booking appt. it's my first so I wasn't even sure what I had to do! X

ame88 · 20/12/2020 20:46

Yes I filled out the booking in firm online for midwife! Should hopefully hear back soon!
