No I haven't experienced any swelling yet. Try to elevate your legs at the end of the day, it helps

I’ve got mega health anxiety so I’m convinced I’m gonna die or something in childbirth(silly I know) but my mind just starts to run away with itself.

It’s the unknown I fear - although I cannot wait to meet the little one as well. Just want her here and it all over with.

@Analysethat I am due on the 3rd May and feel exactly the same. Even though I did the hypnobirthing course I am really anxious at the moment and thinking about worst scenarios :( sending a virtual hug xx
